Bug when selecting how to receive Reward of a Post

One of the first questions when a new user arrives to a Steem Platform is:

> What does the rewards option at the end of the create contribution window mean?

It has **50% SBD and 50% SP** as default. But it can be changed to **100% Steem Power**.

Today I found this bug in **Utopian.io** when making my last contribution, and it is that the options appear in the top of the page, like this:

Instead of appearing right above the *select*. It was a little confusing in the beginning because I thought it wasn't appearing at all.

## Specifications
- Chrome for desktop specs: Versión 62.0.3202.94 (Build oficial) (64 bits)
- Windows 10 Home
- AMD A10-5745M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.10 GHs
- 12.0 GB RAM

## For those who don't know; I will explain the cases the *select* offers:

- **50/50**. It means half of the rewards will be paid in Steem and the other half in SBD. Consider curation rewards. So, if your post has earned $10; you need to reduce it by 25% to have a result of $7.5USD; so $3.75 will be on Steem and rest on SBD. Also consider the value of each in the moment of payment; the actual reward can look like it's more in one of them.
- **100% Steem Power**. This means you want all the rewards to go directly to your Steem Power. It can be converted to Steem but it takes longer to maintain stability on the platform. Consider curation rewards too.
