Get Bug || CozyDVR application error while running
#### Expected behavior
When opening and doing the starting, Can directly walk the camera.

#### Actual behavior
Upon opening the app and running, this App can not respond then error.

#### How to reproduce
1. Download the CozyDVR app
2. Launch and Click Start

Device used: Samsung Grand prime

* Operating System: Android version 4.4.4

* Application version:1.3.21
