So I love this card, expensive but great with its blast damage and speed boost. Blast works really well when your being magic shielded on the first position and let's you snipe the second unprotected one.

But enough strategy and onto the art! I wanted him coming out of the water ready to lay down some thunder.

Ok as I tend to like to do I laid out some color first to get a feel for placements

And then outline the peice it self, I popped of this layer to show you but normally I draw onto the color and do it in a different layer so I can edit my mistakes without erasing the color
