Ok All I wanted to trying something a bit different.

I hadsome questions I was trying to answer.

However I had had no answers up to now,so I increased the prize again and even added a PIZZA prize.

*Ok so the questions I wanted answered was:*

**" As a DAO operates according to its programming, can it be compared to being controlled by executives in an organisation. Can a DAOs run without a central authority with all the rules of the organization enforced by its code running on the blockchain.   "**

**" Furthermore, DAOs often manage their own treasury and issue their own tokens. These tokens represent the membership, voting rights, and/or ownership of the DAO. Do DAOs fill similar roles to traditional organizations you are familiar with like corporations, cooperatives, non-profits, etc ….and what are the differences?"**

**"Can a DOA be created for an Interest group to address the previous NFT questions? In my other posts?"**

>No a DAO cannot run without a central entity it is a concept that sounds good in theory but the application won’t work, there are still people involved there has to be, there are still people with privileged access because there’s only a set of people with a vested interest especially when it’s launched with its own token there’s always insiders who rent seek from anyone who comes after and there will never be an even allocation so that governance model js pointless

>Also there has to be people who execute on the decisions, make executive decisions when consensus isn’t achieved and provide arbitration services for disputes

>The DOA is an attempt to run a company without the regulation of leveraging public funds, nothing more than that but remains a company/organisation in all other aspects

>The DAO by nature if not centralized would be a beurocratic nightmare the more decision makers their are the slower decision are made so they are always forced to centralize around certain decisions which brings in nepotism and collusion, also cannot outcompete a centralised system because these companies can make decisions faster

>So either centralise abs become efficient or attempt to decentralise and die

>It’s a dumb idea and a failed block shin concept as is art NFTs without the backing of a centralized entity"
