I made a dish a few nights ago, which is "Oseng Tofu & Egg with Cayenne Peppers".  The ingredients are quite simple, not difficult.  How to make it is also not difficult.  Tofu is a nutritious food, high in protein.  Egg is also a nutritious food.  Below, I give the recipe for "Oseng Tofu & Egg with Cayenne Peppers".

> Aku membuat sebuah hidangan beberapa malam yang lalu, yaitu "Oseng Tahu Telur dengan Cabai Rawit". Bahan-bahannya cukup sederhana, tidak sulit. Cara membuatnya juga tidak sulit. Tahu adalah makanan yang bergizi, mengandung protein yang tinggi. Telur juga makanan yang bergizi. Di bawah ini, aku berikan resep dari "Oseng Tahu Telur dengan Cabai Rawit".

 |■ Ketchup|
 |■ Chili sauce|
 |■ Soy sauce|
 |■ A little water|
 |■ Scallion slices|

|■ 5 buah cabai rawit|
|■ 1 siung bawang putih|
|■ 1 siung bawang merah|
|■ 3 buah tahu|
|■ 1 butir telur|
|■ Garam|
|■ Merica bubuk|
|■ Minyak goreng|
|■ Saus tomat|
|■ Saus sambal|
|■ Kecap|
|■ Sedikit air|
|■ Potongan daun bawang|

> **CARA MEMBUAT:**

■ Slice 5 pieces of cayenne pepper, 1 clove of garlic, and 1 clove of shallot.

> Potong-potong 5 buah cabai rawit, 1 siung bawang putih, dan 1 siung bawang merah.

■ Slice 3 pieces of tofu.

> Potong-potong 3 buah tahu.

■  Add 1 egg, garlic slices, shallot slices, salt, and pepper powder.

> Tambahkan 1 butir telur, potongan bawang putih, potongan bawang merah, garam, dan merica bubuk.

■ Stir and slice the tofu into smaller pieces (or just slice the tofu smaller since before).

> Aduk dan potong-potong tahu lebih kecil (atau langsung saja potong tahu lebih kecil sedari sebelumnya).

■ Fry in a frying pan with cooking oil.  Stir.

> Goreng di penggorengan dengan minyak goreng. Aduk-aduk.

■ If it has turned yellowish, add cayenne pepper slices.  Stir.

> Kalau sudah berubah warna kekuningan, tambahkan potongan cabai rawit. Aduk.

■ Add ketchup and chili sauce.  Stir.

> Tambahkan saus tomat dan saus sambal. Aduk.

■ Add soy sauce and a little water.  Stir.

> Tambahkan kecap dan sedikit air. Aduk.

■ Add pepper powder.  Stir.

> Tambahkan merica bubuk. Aduk.

■ Add scallion slices.  Stir.
