Perdonar duele mucho porque nos cuesta mucho humillarnos porque hay veces que nos hicieron cosas tan fuertes que realmente marcaron nuestras vidas, cosas como violaciones, golpes y heridas profundas en nuestro corazón y lo que queremos es justicia y constantemente escucho a personas decir que tenemos que perdonar y hablan de los grandes beneficios del perdón y comparto su opinión, pero tampoco podemos ser tan egoístas como para pedir de un día para otro perdón a una persona que fue herida tan profundamente porque a veces las heridas que nos toman tiempo sanar una herida no se cierra de un día para otro no importa cuantos puntos le pongamos una herida requiere un proceso de sanación algunas personas no entienden es fácil decirle a una persona que perdone cuando tu no has vivido ese dolor.




>Forgiving hurts a lot because it costs us a lot to humble ourselves because there are times when they did such strong things to us that really marked our lives, things like rapes, beatings and deep wounds in our heart and what we want is justice and I constantly hear people say that we have to forgive and they talk about the great benefits of forgiveness and I share their opinion, but neither can we be so selfish as to ask overnight for forgiveness from a person who was hurt so deeply because sometimes wounds that take time to heal a wound does not close overnight no matter how many stitches we put on it a wound requires a healing process some people do not understand it is easy to tell a person to forgive when you have not lived through that pain.


El perdón no es restarle importan a ese acto tampoco es solo decir unas palabras para sentirnos bien es renunciar al derecho de buscar venganza, pero si exigir justicia hay comienza la verdadera sanidad de una persona cuando dejamos todo eso en las manos de DIOS y perdonamos con el alma  en la manera en que perdonamos a los que nos lastimaron demostramos que entendimos el perdón que recibimos de DIOS cada día cuando él nos perdona todos nuestras ofensas se perdona porque de verdad lo sientas  y no porque otros te digan que es lo mejor para ti siempre sabiendo que el rencor es una carga pesada que nos impide avanzar y no hunde en abismo sin fin   




>Forgiveness is not to downplay the importance of that act, nor is it just saying a few words to feel good, it is to renounce the right to seek revenge, but if we demand justice there begins the true healing of a person when we leave all that in the hands of GOD and forgive with the soul in the way we forgive those who hurt us we show that we understood the forgiveness we receive from GOD every day when he forgives us all our offenses is forgiven because you really feel it and not because others tell you that it is best for you always knowing that resentment is a heavy burden that prevents us from moving forward and sinks us into an endless abyss.   



El perdón es como una cicatriz que queda para todo la vida  la gente cree que perdonar es seguir con la persona  en la relación  y eso es una decisión personal de cada persona  cada quien sabe lo mejor que le conviene  hay gente que cree que perdonar es aguantar todo lo que le haga la pareja muchas veces escuchado que si la traición se perdonara satanás aún estaría con Dios en el cielo si DIOS lo fuera querido exterminar lo destruye en un instante, pero aun así el amor y perdón de DIOS están grande que le permitió seguir existiendo, pero lejos de su presencia por eso a mí pensar tenemos un mal concepto del perdón creemos que perdonar es  darle todas las oportunidades a la persona si importa cuantas veces nos decepciones  para mi perdonar es limpiar nuestro corazón es abandonar el odio y la venganza así esa persona amarla y dejarla ir en silencio el perdonar no nos ata a nadie el perdón verdadero es un acto de amor no de compromiso por más  que amemos alguien y queramos todo lo mejor para esa pernas a veces lo mejor es la distancia para evitar que su comportamiento nos siga destruyendo
 



>Forgiveness is like a scar that remains for life people believe that to forgive is to continue with the person in the relationship and that is a personal decision of each person each person knows what is best for him/her there are people who believe that to forgive is to endure everything that the partner does to him/her many times heard that if the betrayal was forgiven satan would still be with God in heaven if GOD wanted to exterminate him destroy him in an instant, but even so the love and forgiveness of GOD are great that allowed him to continue to exist, but far from his presence that is why I think we have a bad concept of forgiveness we believe that forgiveness is to give all the opportunities to the person no matter how many times we are disappointed for me forgiveness is to clean our heart is to abandon hatred and revenge so that person to love and let go in silence forgiveness does not bind us to anyone true forgiveness is an act of love not commitment however much we love someone and want all the best for that person sometimes the best is the distance to prevent their behavior to continue destroying us.
