Adding of settings option on VLCplayer screen

#### Components
Vlc is an application that can be used to stream videos online and watch videos on devices. VLC can also be used to play videos and audios in any format, as well as network streams, network shares and drives, and DVD ISOs, like the desktop version of it. It can also be used for alot of other purposes like arranging of files such as videos audios in one folder according to any order of sort.

#### Proposal
I would like this option to be included in the VLC player. I would like the settings option to be included.
This featured option will enable the users enjoy greater features and ensure smooth usage of the player.

#### Mockups / Examples
I would like to use my MXplayer on my Xiaomi redmi note 4x for illustration.

When you enter a video as shown above click on the three dots at the top most corner of the display screen, a box will drop down as shown below

Select subtitle to bring a box out in this form below

Choose settings to display a bigger dialogue box as shown below

With this box you get series of options, let's take the text for example, here you get the chance to add effects on your subtitle such as font style, scale,font colour etc.

I would like the settings icon to be placed at the top most corner of the screen as shown above

It will help users to enjoy a better operation interface, giving them a more pleasurable view
