IF BIRDS COULD TALK #SMAP ROUND 17

Greetings  bird lovers.

This week of **Show Me A Photo** contest hosted by @nelinoeva in conjunction with our Feathered Friends community. Fun and funny birds!

 If birds could talk this could be what these Florida foul are chatting about.

Hey, whatcha looking at? Oh, you like my new sandals? Well, thank you. They are the newest rage, bright colors attract lots of attention from both fish and foul. Since I don't carry a purse, I figured I would match my shoes with my lovely yellow eyes.

Have a closer look, notice my nails, yes, I had a pedicure just this morning. I thought the black polish was the perfect color choice along with my black stockings. I am looking for a mate so I want to look my best.

What about this guy? Greeting me with open ~~arms~~ wings. Ooooh, those long feathers, he could hug me anytime. Although, his ~~nose~~ beak is a little out of sorts. I'll pass.

Will you look at that, that red headed stud has those three blonds under his spell. Hope they don't end up in a ~~cat~~ pelican fight. No man if worth having your ~~hair~~ feathers pulled out.

You've got that right girl, look at me, my feathers are all out of sorts. I had a tussle with my friend over a guy and we both came out of it all banged up.  Just not worth it.

Fun is always good my friend and I also occasionally give our residents voices 🤣

Yes we are well and thank you for the kind care, life goes on and we simply do what we can.
You know that we sincerely appreciate the support that you and that handsome guy of yours give to us.

Ah yes, the seedlings are always at risk of the weather, one serious late snowdrop and then one has to plant again. The guys here use massive tunnels to do their seedlings, as our weather is very upside down. We are bordered by the Atlantic ocean that is full of tricks.

Hey there @zekepickleman, yeah, they're sassy alright. That was such a fun post to do. I needed to laugh at myself.
We are busy prepping the gardens for planting, starting seeds, and nurturing seedlings, I just wish it would warm up. Spring is so beautiful here, my daffodils have exploded, they are everywhere, I even found a volunteer on the side of the driveway, go figure, I sure as heck didn't plant it there.
