Apparently, the market sphere today is full of competition. Every entrepreneur is trying to gain advantage over another in a bit to achieve that, competition becomes the order of the day.
We are living in the time where every entrepreneur must think outside and proffer quick means to surviving in a very competitive world as this.

I'll kindly share some ways which will help either organisation or entrepreneur gain quantum leverage over another. Some of these ways includes;
* Understand the Competition. It's very important for an entrepreneur or organisation to actually identify what the competition is. Identify the strength, weakness: what makes others succeed and what makes  others failed. This would help to create a frame for survival. This can also be achieved by taking some survey or analysis.
* Identify your customers. Most entrepreneurs and organisations don't respect or considered their customers in designing the structure or some policies. This is very bad. For any sustainable business, customers should be the first priority to be identified with. Have a track record of customers and learn to appreciate them by sending sms, emails and at times send them gifts. This will glue them to the organisation.
* What's your Unique Selling Point? To stay in a competitive market, then identify your unique Selling Point plays a vital role. What makes you sell more than others? What makes your product unique? 
* Rebranding. Once in a while try to change the face of your business premises, the product etc. You can produce T-shirt and some others things that would attract the customers.
* Employment strategy. How do you employ? How much do you pay your workers? How is your relationship with the staff? You need to have good employment strategy and always ensure that the welfare of the staff is not tempered with.

### Conclusion
Competition is like a litmus test to see whether a business would succeed or not. Competition helps organisations and entrepreneurs to set in order to meet the need. The entrepreneur must always think of how to stay in business.
