*It has been an amazing week because of the milestone attained by both the community and we the participants. I want to also show my profound gratitude to God for the privilege to be part of those contributing their quota towards the success of this celebration. The first post was on the previous stories and challenges faced while the second talks about the lessons deduced over the past 100weeks of uninterrupted featured edition contests. The third episode demands that I should share my perspective and projections into the next 100weeks which will make it 200weeks. It's with great pleasure that I urge you to follow me as I share my thoughts and suggestions for our subsequent achievement.*

*A community like this that has really transformed me in so many facets. I kept thinking what would I suggest again?I must confess that this is not easy at all for me to make this suggestions. The featured edition contests has done excellently well. The topics for these 100weeks were amazing and somehow all encompassing though there are few inputs I would make that could help for more growth. I could remember of the post I dropped that I had to share my past experience in the course of my academic pursuit. How I tried to sit for WAEC and NECO for several 
Years and times. The kind of courage that came over me was unimaginable which yielded great positive results in my life. I didn't give despite the challenges of rewriting for 7 times*

*some of the suggestions I have for the next 100 weeks are; I want to suggest that the community should have a niche instead of bringing out topics anyhow. There should be a clearly stated objectives that will resonate through these three sectors I will mention. One of the niche is leadership. I want to suggest that the management should consider building a niche or have a specific goal of addressing leadership with varied topics. I realised that one of the greatest challenges in the society is leadership. Many don't accurately understand leadership. Postulating topics or themes around this axis I believe it will go along way to address most of this issue.*

*I want to suggest that the management should also consider family or relationship. Aside leadership challenges, I believe the next need to be addressed is the family or relationship. There's no any human beings that doesn't have a family or that doesn't belong to one family or the other. More topics or themes can be looked into from the family perspective. This would go a long way to curb some moral decadence we have in the society today. I strongly believe that most of the themes on the featured edition contests serves as a medicine or healing peal to so many people. The third point I would like to share is the issue of finances. Once in a while we can take out few weeks to address the issue of finance.*

*The area where I think it needs more improvement is the X(formerly twitter) personally I don't know how to navigate through that very but every other participants can be encouraged to make it active. I think this would help in marketing the community as well. In the nutshell, this community has been doing excellently well and needs more support. I pray that the next 100week will be a a wonderful experience.*
