謝謝友哥舉辦【諺語】徵文活動。關於諺語呢，我其實有點心虛。因為有時真的搞不懂什麼是諺語，什麼是成語。如果真要寫一句我知道的，而又最接近諺語的諺語。大概是「一日之計在於晨，一年之計在於春」吧。言簡意賅，卻是知易行難。

我記得，第一次聽到這個諺語呢，大概是小學的時候。因為道理非常顯淺，我覺得我是明白的，有種「叮」一聲的感覺。然後呢，就擼起衣袖定下一個天衣無縫的早晨計劃。鋪床啊，備課啊，練琴等等，躊躇滿志。結果呢，就連準時起床都做不到。

幾年前，讀到一篇關於時間管理的文章。得知許多牛人都有個早晨習慣，就是書寫晨間日記。於是，我就立志做個晨型人。每天提早一個小時回到公司，草擬一個滴水不漏的to-do-list。覆電郵啦，檢視日程啦，閱讀開會文件等等，說到做到。然後呢，幾天就打回原形。指針不到早上8點59分59秒，我都不會推開辦公室的強化玻璃門。

直到近年開始晨跑，我這才養成了早起的習慣。最近讀到傑瑞薩爾茲的一頁書，題目是《睡醒後立刻創作》，倒啟發了我。他說：「如果能在一天開始的前兩個小時創作，應該算開始得夠早，不會被討厭的日常瑣事所羈絆。」說的真好。睡醒的時間，思路最清晰，心情最放鬆，不是最好用來寫作嗎？就這樣，我微調了我的早晨習慣。一覺睡來，就坐在窗邊寫作。是會缺勤的，也會睡過頭。但總算是個好開始。唯望今次不是三分鐘熱度吧（汗）。
