With the usual crowd of ne'er do well photographers from Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, including @brianbrogan1960, @fizogphotography and @ebabb, we had a day out in a wood which was used in WW2 as an RAF station, known as Ostler's Plantation.  One of the models who attended was Aiden van Rensburg, who it has to be said, stands out from the crowd.

Aiden turned up dressed for the part with her chaperone and mother, @audreyvr.  Here I set up a gelled flashgun inside this concrete building and positioned a large white reflector at my feet to lift the lighting a little:

Here I asked Aiden to pose behind bars to fit in with the apocalyptic theme for the day:

We ventured in to the woods and again I used the large white reflector.  I've been so used to using flashguns, I forgot everything is possible with a white reflector:
