A Welding Girl Hive Introduction Post !!! Faith

Hi everyone. I’m Faith Ocate, most of my friends call poi, I have a very unique nickname that’s why my friends told me that I’m boyish. Currently I am teaching Shielded Metal Arc Welding (Welding) for i feel the challenge every time I do metal works. Teaching out of school youth is one of the full filling job, seeing them to succeed is a big reward of a teacher. The other side of me is I loved to travel and exploring places like mountains lake rivers beaches. For me the best thing about travel and exploring places is you can reconcile with the nature and be with the almighty in such a way it can relieve all the stress that you’ve been suffering. Life has many things to offer might be trials and might bring you to the sky of success. As I view myself I am excited to meet and see how would my life be in the near future.
Challenging yourself
You might feel like you’re stuck in a rut in your daily life. Or you’re yearning for something exciting and different. You’re craving new experiences and new challenges. Travel is the ideal place to test yourself. It pushes people to their limits and gets them outside their comfort zone.

You’ll discover how resourceful you are when you’re exposed to new places, people and experiences. Maybe it’s finding your way around a busy city. Or ordering a meal when you don’t speak the language. Or zip-lining. You’ll feel pride when you finish your trip successfully. Overcoming challenges will bring you joy and energy for future tests. You’ll realize how capable you are and build your confidence.

Learning
Learning is a strong reason why people love to travel. They want to experience something unfamiliar and leave with new skills or knowledge.

Seeing the world is more educational than a high school or college class. This condensed crash course in discovering how the rest of the world lives actually will cover subjects like history, geography and sociology. Every destination has something unique to teach visitors, and immersing themselves in a completely different world is the best learning experience.

Welcome to hive! I’m glad that you’re on here with us, it’s a wonderful place full of lots of great people!

I think it's awesome you've joined us on here! I don't know if I've ever known a woman that does arc welding but I think that's really awesome! I've never done a whole lot of welding in my life but it is a lot of fun. I could imagine doing it with an arc-welder is a lot better!

I think you could absolutely fit into great communities like Build-It where you can show off your incredible things you build with your welding skills! The best tip I can give you besides that is for you to spend time commenting on peoples posts. That will get you new followers and help you connect with the community we have on here. There are people from all over the world who share lots of amazing things on here so I hope you can join the ranks and have a great time with us!

We’ve got a beginner zone, so-to-speak that has lots of important information you can learn from. I would recommend you check it out to learn some stuff about the place, lots of great information is posted there.

One of the things I wanted to do is give you a piece of advice that could make this place awesome for you! Talking with some of the people who have been here for a while, we remember one of the best things we did was find other people’s posts through others or go looking and start commenting meaningful things. If you drop small phrases it won’t get you much attention but if you look at a persons post and leave a great comment, a lot of times they will appreciate it and talk with you. If you continue to do this you will develop a friendship with them and will gain followers and grow your account. This is not an easy and fast process. It takes time but the more effort you put in the more you can be rewarded, with limitations of course.

I just say this in hopes you go out there and really connect with people and grow your account. The more we all do this, the more people will come here to take advantage of such a great place.

With commenting and posting, we consume what’s called ‘resource credits’ and in the beginning you don’t have a lot, you have to earn more. Once, I told my mother that I want to enrol Welding at TESDA as they are offering the course but she keeps on discouraging me.
