Baptism is Jesus' instruction and should be done in Jesus name. >Matthew 28:19 KJV Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: We are to be baptised into one body which is is God's family and not the physical structure built by men. Baptism is washing away sin and verification of our salvation. >Acts 2:38 KJV Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. We need to be baptised so our sins can be remitted and for us to receive the gift of Holy Spirit. It is someone with the knowledge of God's Commandments that is suppose to conduct baptism.
