He founded the <b>PAL (Peace, Abundance, Liberty) network aka MSP (Minnow Support Project)</b> just a few short months ago, around the same time I first joined SteemIt.

I was a member of this group for some time, but I took a hiatus after life threw some curve balls my way and had a slight falling out with some members - after making amends, I went my own way, <em>while they continued to chug along and grow at MONSTER rates.</em>

<center><h2>Last I checked, they have over 5000 folks in their "collective gathering" as @Aggroed likes to put it - which is HUGE!</h2></center>

<b>So, I decided to conduct an interview with this mastermind leader who not only formed the largest group in an insanely short time period but also managed to become a rank 20 Witness during the same time period - which, for those who know anything about Witness ranking and growth, is absolutely unheard of.</b>

@AGGROED - "The origin of my name is the very first post I made.  <b>When one is aggroed they have been awakened involuntarily because of an existential threat.</b> I think that's a great backdrop for my name as someone who considers themselves quite awake."

@FATPANDADESIGN - "You're the founder and leader of by far the most well known and largest group on SteemIt. What inspired you to begin PAL/MSP, and can you explain some of your core values for our audience?"

@AGGROED - "It took me 8 months to get to 1000 followers on steemit.  I thought "this is far too long, people aren't going to invest that much time to barely make it on here." 

<b>So, I wanted to build something that could help bring people value faster.</b> I was in part astonished and humbled to get some support from @kaylinart and @fyrstikken through resteems and saw how quickly a few of those could catapult someone up.

So, that's part of the foundational goals of our group.  The Discord is housed in the Peace, Abundance, and Liberty Network channel, and it's home to the minnow support group.

@FATPANDADESIGN - "Let's say you woke up one day and discovered you were completely broke, with no financial options or assets to sell off/credit to use. What would you do first?"

@AGGROED - "<b>Well, my very first thought was "sell weed,"</b> but honestly, that's not really in the cards.  I guess I could farm, but I'm also a Ph.D. scientist.  I'd probably fall back on my science and start over with it.  

In most states, I can be a teacher in like 2 seconds, so there's that too.  Then again, I've been a high school teacher in a public school and I'd basically have to wake up broke to be willing to put myself or any friend through that again."

@FATPANDADESIGN - "What's the one thing that "Aggroes" you the most in the entire world? Make this one fun for the readers!"

@AGGROED - "I'm a pacifist and a populist.  I'm angered by the sheer amount of violence that the USG commits every single day.  We are currently bombing seven countries.  It's been that way for more than a decade.  Fuck that.  Why is the richest nation in the world bombing poor third world countries to take their resources.  

America is the modern day equivalent to the East India Corporation one of the most ruthless trade and coloniest organizations ever constructied.  That's what angers me.  This is why we can't have nice things.

<b>And it's tied to the root problem in the world.</b>

This whole planet is basically run by the actions of a few very immoral banksters.  They print money as debt which guarantees poverty, they cause war to raise funds, they seek control of the planet at any cost, and they're generally a shit lot of people.  

So, I'd like to live in a different world.  Where nations aren't constatnly at war (US has been at war over 250 years and been a country for less than 300).  I'd like for people to have funds and for creation of money to be without debt.  I'd like for people to have ultimate freedoms rather than constantly bowing down to a corrupt state."

@FATPANDADESIGN - "What is the absolute craziest thing you've ever done in your life, legal or illegal?"

@AGGROED - "Craziest?  I've done some weird shit... I went from high school graduate to PhD in 7 years.  That's a totally insane pace of work.  I did a couple naked performance art shows back in college.  That was fun and weird.  I ran for State government a while back.  That was eye opening.  

<b>I have been in a lab accident.  I had 22 stitches.  I was married at 23.</b>  For a New England boy that's pretty insane.  <b>I built a 5,000+ person organization in 2 months... that's up there.</b>  But, you know, I've been a dad for 7-8 years and a married man for 15.  My crazy days seem long ago.  It's more about responsibility and building a better world for my kids."

@AGGROED - "I don't really want to commit crimes.  What I want is people held accountable for theirs.  I was sick to my stomach when Obama gets on TV and says about the fuckers that orchestrated the financial collapse of 2008 "Well, technically they did nothing illegal..."  Fuckers were bundling all kinds of shit mortgages with real ones with extreme knowledge of their practice and then bribing rating agencies to give them better ratings than they deserve.  

<b>So, I believe in peace and liberty.  I'd want to drive around without a license and not feel like a criminal.  I want banksters in hand cuffs next to criminal politicians like Obama and the Clintons.  No crimes for me.  Just justice and freedom."</b>

@FATPANDADESIGN - "My last and final question to you, my friend: We've known each other a while and I've seen you work on TONS of projects and help THOUSANDS of new Steemit members become something much greater than they ever could have grown into on their own. However, if you had to pick, what would be your top 2-3 favorite projects/initiatives/moments in your time on SteemIt, and why? Feel free to include links/pictures to each one if they exist!"

@AGGROED - "Top moment was when @kaylinart resteemed me.  I suddenly understood how in a second this experiment could transform lives.  I saw an immediate impact.  

The first radio show I did was extraordinary.  I haven't had that much fun in 20 years. I still get giddy thinking about muh show.  When votes on muh witness started coming in!!!  That was a rush.  I've gotten 6,000 votes before, but that's for some shit corporate USG entity pretending to be a de jure government.  These votes were from some woke ass mofos on Steemit.  I'd put my 1200 votes I've fought for as one of the biggest accomplishments of muh life.

<b>In reality though I've had a stellar experience on here.  I spent many months as an asshat that didn't appreciate this place, then it clicked, then I started devoting myself to others.  I'm extremely grateful for this Steemit.  I can devote my energy, life, and time to helping others, and still be rewarded for it.</b>

I love my experience here, and I wouldn't trade it.  <em>It sometimes costs me time with wife, and kids, and friends and family, and it might be hard for folks to get, but my circle has enough.</em>  They all do.  They live in houses they own, drive cars, have jobs, put food on the table, and have a clear and defined future.  

<b>My Steemian crew does not.  So, I try to live by my populist ideals that everyone deserves a better life than the cards dealt to them might allow, and to do that in a way that meets my Libertarian and Voluntaryst ideas that state that the help can't be coerced out of another, but freely given.</b>

<em>Like my mom told me for years "Just try to leave this a better place than the one you found."</em>
