That is the phenomenon of this nature, many people in this society, the concept is remarkable but the turn in practice does not exist. the disease is already plague in our country so many people now become commentators. to reduce it I want to offer the concept of change to the progress 1. We should always introspection ourselves 2. not easy to blame others 3. not claiming anyone else is stupid 4. Always prioritize communication in every issue 5. appreciate the difference 6. speak accordingly and science and proportion 7. accept criticism 8. want to learn and ask questions thus there will be a more change and a balance between theory and practice.
