Staring into the abyss is when you try to be, but can't. It's looking at all of existence and realizing it's all out of your league. You can't help but think, "I don't matter to the abyss." Even so, the abyss doesn't reject me. Am I part of the abyss? Yes. Everything is. A religious person could see this abyss as god. Not the kind of god who answers, because it is absent of language.

I don't call it a god, though. It's this ultimate thing that has no narrative, no ego, no goal, and no thought. The abyss is always there and everywhere. It is hollow, yet whole. It defies importance, as ripples infinitely reshape it. You could say that the abyss is the present moment we live in.

And here I am! A part of it, trying to become perfect. A perfect ripple. Something that is harmonizing to the abyss. An unstoppable force, natural and becoming. Resonant within the system I'm a part of. Someone who flows, not because of being observed or judged, but because, by context, I stand out with precision. The way I align best with the system.

I would be the opposite of most people, who fight against the waves. I would ride them, or rather, be a wave... and yet, I dabble in thoughts of wanting to get a girlfriend and a few other things that seem trivial in comparison. There is no need to limit myself to one goal, after all. I won't really achieve anything no matter how much I have achieved, so why not fail in the best of ways!

Encarar o abismo é quando você tenta existir, mas não consegue. É olhar para toda a existência e perceber que está completamente acima de você. Você não consegue evitar pensar: "Eu não importo para o abismo." Mesmo assim, o abismo não me rejeita. Eu faço parte do abismo? Sim. Tudo faz. Uma pessoa religiosa poderia ver esse abismo como deus. Não o tipo de deus que responde, porque ele é ausente de linguagem.

Eu, porém, não o chamo de deus. É essa coisa suprema que não tem narrativa, nem ego, nem objetivo, nem pensamento. O abismo está sempre lá e em todo lugar. É oco, mas completo. Ele rejeita a importância, enquanto ondas o remodelam infinitamente. Você poderia dizer que o abismo é o momento presente em que vivemos.

E aqui estou eu! Parte disso, tentando me tornar perfeito. Uma onda perfeita. Algo que harmoniza com o abismo. Uma força imparável, natural e em transformação. Ressonante dentro do sistema do qual faço parte. Alguém que flui, não por ser observado ou julgado, mas porque, pelo contexto, me destaco com precisão. A forma como me alinho melhor com o sistema.

Eu seria o oposto da maioria das pessoas, que lutam contra as ondas. Eu as surfaria, ou melhor, seria uma onda... e ainda assim, me pego pensando em querer uma namorada e algumas outras coisas que parecem triviais em comparação. Afinal, não há necessidade de me limitar a um único objetivo. De qualquer forma, eu realmente não vou alcançar nada, não importa o quanto tenha conquistado, então por que não falhar da melhor maneira possível?
