La paz interior, ese estado ideal de bienestar y tranquilidad acompañado de un cierto grado de alegría o euforia, difícil de mantener por un largo periodo de tiempo en medio de un entorno agresivo y amenazante. Se logra mediante el ejercicio de la voluntad para alcanzarla cada día y como cerrar los ojos a la realidad seria peligroso, es inevitable perder esa paz en más ocasiones de las que quisiéramos, así que no nos queda alternativa más que prepararnos para la guerra, si queremos conservar la paz.
La actualidad esta llena de enemigos para nuestra paz: Una economía inflacionaria, políticas publicas  en favor de intereses extraños, noticieros cargados de violencias, anuncios permanentes de guerras convencionales y económicas, enfermedades y medicinas que atentan contra la salud, nuevas legislaciones atentando contra la razón y solo por referirme a los enemigos comunes a la humanidad de todo el planeta a los que cada quien puede añadir los particulares de su comunidad y país.

Todos estos a los que no debemos hacernos los ciegos, ni sordos tenemos que superar cada día con ejercicios de voluntad permanente. Buena voluntad para superar las agresiones sin resentimientos, cultivando relaciones positivas con familiares y amigos y alejándonos y poniendo barreras a las relaciones toxicas e  hipócritas  de las personas que vencidas por el dañino entorno se terminan descubriendo en sus verdaderos sentimientos cultivados en el temor.  El miedo hace de las personas manada temerosa sometida a la tiranía de las fieras de considerarse parte del genero humano.

Todo lo expuesto atenta contra mi paz interior, por lo que solo me resta poner distancia y refugiarme en la meditación y lectura de algún texto espiritual que restaure la confianza en la superioridad del bien sobre el mal, que no pocas veces lo que parecía un mal, termino resultando en un bien superior, como nos muestran algunos escritos de pensadores y místicos zen, budistas, tao, sufís y judeocristianos.  Dios o el poder del universo tiene un sentido de humor cargado de ironías en que muchas veces se vale de sus opositores para alcanzar sus objetivos.
Sin importar las creencias personales, lo mejor es aceptar que lo que sucede es siempre lo mejor, que los hubiera o hubiese no existen, que los que si tal cosa pasara, no pasara  tal otra, no son opciones, porque no podemos volver atrás y solo queda continuar , pero teniendo en cuenta disfrutar el momento presente, este momento en el que somos dueños y señores, en que podemos ejercer nuestro mayor poder, el poder de elegir y actuar. 
El ayer no lo podemos cambiar y el mañana es incierto, solo podemos actuar a nuestro mejor saber y entender y confiar en que nuestra elección fuera la correcta.

Trabajar con honestidad, compartir con quienes amamos, celebrar los logros, la vida y cuanta ocasión de compartir se presente, acompañar y consolar en los momentos de dolor o perdida y tomarse un respiro cuando la tormenta se ensañe contra nosotros y repuestos continuar, pues no tenemos opción. Como esta escrito :
##  Mas el que persevere hasta el fin, este será salvo.

# Peace 


Inner peace, that ideal state of well-being and tranquility accompanied by a certain degree of joy or euphoria, difficult to maintain for a long period of time in the midst of an aggressive and threatening environment. It is achieved through the exercise of the will to achieve it every day and as closing our eyes to reality would be dangerous, it is inevitable to lose that peace on more occasions than we would like, so we have no alternative but to prepare for war, if we want to keep the peace.
The present is full of enemies for our peace: an inflationary economy, public policies in favor of foreign interests, news loaded with violence, permanent announcements of conventional and economic wars, diseases and medicines that threaten health, new legislation that threatens reason. and just to refer to the common enemies of humanity around the planet to which each person can add the particulars of their community and country.

All these to whom we must not play blind, nor deaf, we have to overcome every day with exercises of permanent will. Willingness to overcome aggression without resentment, cultivating positive relationships with family and friends and moving away and putting barriers to toxic and hypocritical relationships of people who, overcome by the harmful environment, end up discovering their true feelings cultivated in fear. Fear makes people a fearful herd subjected to the tyranny of the beasts of considering themselves part of the human race.

All of the above threatens my inner peace, so it only remains for me to put distance and take refuge in meditation and reading some spiritual text that restores confidence in the superiority of good over evil, that not infrequently what seemed like evil , I end up resulting in a higher good, as some writings of Zen, Buddhist, Tao, Sufi and Judeo-Christian thinkers and mystics show us. God or the power of the universe has a sense of humor full of ironies in that he often uses his opponents to achieve his goals.
Regardless of personal beliefs, the best thing is to accept that what happens is always the best, that there were or would be, they do not exist, that if such a thing happened, such another would not happen, are not options, because we cannot go back and It only remains to continue, but taking into account enjoying the present moment, this moment in which we are owners and lords, in which we can exercise our greatest power, the power to choose and act.
Yesterday we cannot change and tomorrow is uncertain, we can only act to the best of our knowledge and understanding and trust that our choice was correct.

Work honestly, share with those we love, celebrate achievements, life and any opportunity to share that arises, accompany and comfort in times of pain or loss and take a break when the storm rages against us and spare parts to continue, well no we have choice. As it is written:
## But he who endures to the end, this one will be saved.
(Matthew 24:13)
