Regresar al hogar para Navidad.
Añorar épocas pasadas,
fantasmas de las Navidades pasadas.
Recuerdos atesorados de aquellos,
que están lejos y de los que se fueron.
De los que sueño encontrar en la eternidad.

Navidad todo alegría en la infancia,
se va enredando en nostalgia, que
un toque amargo le ponen al dulzor.

Canciones viejas y muy viejas
desatando recuerdos dormidos.
Once meses olvidados, se desatan
para anudarse en la garganta.
Once meses y algunas décadas
retornadas en una lágrima sola.

Navidad, Hogar, Familia.
Sentimientos y emociones.
Aflorando a cada momento,
dejando en la piel olvidada emoción. 

Un brindis y una oración
por los que la distancia nos separa.
Una oración por los que permanecen,
y otra por mi alma inquieta
que a todos quiere abrazar.

Returning home for Christmas.
longing for past times,
Ghosts of Christmas Past.
Treasured memories of those,
who are far away and those who left.
Of those I dream of finding in eternity.

Christmas all joy in childhood,
is becoming entangled in nostalgia, which
a bitter touch they add to the sweetness.

old and very old songs
unleashing sleeping memories.
Eleven months forgotten, are unleashed
to knot in the throat.
Eleven months and a few decades
returned in a single tear.

Christmas, Home, Family.
Feelings and emotions.
emerging at every moment,
leaving emotion forgotten on the skin.

A toast and a prayer
for which the distance separates us.
A prayer for those who remain,
and another for my restless soul
that everyone wants to hug.
