##### Hola amigos de #Hive tengan todos un caluroso saludo espero que se encuentren bien, hoy nuevamente los invito a mi iniciativa gourmet como siempre .

Me encontraba de viaje y se me dificultaba publicar como siempre mi iniciativa goutmet; pero ya regrese fue muy corto éste viaje y auque no saben que me traje de mi viaje compre costilla de cerdo bien fresco acabado de picar el cerdo, llegue a la casa  la coloque al congelador porque así me enseñaron receta familiar no comemos cerdo sin que pase por el congelador.

Después de unos dos días lo sacamos y ya listo para prepararle una rica comida al estilo oriental con salsa de soya, zanahoria y mostaza es muy fácil de preparar y el resultado es fabuloso queda tan deliciosa esta costilla que creo que estoy en un restaurante de comida oriental, estupenda para cambiar la rutina del día al día o invitar a una reunión o simplemente comer en casita una rica costilla de cerdo al estilo oriental con salsa de soya .

### Siganme  en la preparación para ello les muestro primeramente los ingredientes que se necesitan.

After about two days we took it out and ready to prepare a delicious oriental style meal with soy sauce, carrot and mustard is very easy to prepare and the result is fabulous this rib is so delicious that I think I'm in an oriental food restaurant, great to change the routine of the day to day or invite to a meeting or just eat at home a delicious pork rib oriental style with soy sauce.

### Follow me in the preparation for it I show you first the ingredients you need.

### Ingredientes:

1- 1 kg. De costillas de cerdo.
2- 1 cebolla picada en juliana.
3- 3 ajíes dulce picados en rodajas.
4- 1 zanahoria picada en juliana.
5- 1 taza de montes verde picaditos.
6- 1/2 de frasco de salsa de soya.
7- 2 cucharadas de mostaza.
8- 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.
9- 1 cucharada de orégano.
10- sal al gusto.
11- 1/2 cucharada de color. 
12- 1/2 cucharada de  curry.
13- 2 vasos de agua.

>### Ingredients:

1- 1 kg. Pork ribs.
2- 1 onion chopped in julienne.
3- 3 sweet peppers chopped in slices.
4- 1 carrot chopped in julienne.
5- 1 cup of chopped green mounts.
6- 1/2 jar of soy sauce.
7- 2 tablespoons mustard.
8- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
9- 1- 1 tablespoon of oregano.
10- salt to taste.
11- 1/2 tablespoon of color. 
12- 1/2 tablespoon curry.
13- 2 glasses of water.

### Preparación:

**Paso 1**:

Montamos a fuego medio un cardero con 2 cucharada de aceite y se le hecha poco aceite para que al momento de echar las presas de la costillas de cerdo no se peguen del cardero y posteriormente ellas van a generar su propio aceite, ahora continuamos picamos las costillas de cerdo en trozos le echamos sal al gusto, luego la echamos al cardero y sellamos dándole vuelta y vuela con un tenedor a cada presa de la costilla de cerdo hasta que estás estén doradas por ambos lados.
Como pueden ver las costilla no requiere de agua se cocinaron con su propia grasita que fue soltando ella misma.

>### Preparation:

**Step 1**:

**Paso 2**:

Una vez que ya las costillas estén selladas y doradas la sacamos del cardero colocamos en un envase y dejamos reposar, para así utilizar el cardero para sofreír los aliños  reutilizando la grasita que le quedó pegada esto es con el fin que el sabor de los aliños se profundice más con el cerdo, entonce a esta grasa le agregamos los aliños que ya tenemos picados como la cebollas, los ajíes, el monte verde ( ajo porro y cebollin ), añadimos sal al gusto, media cucharada de color y curry mezclamos bien todos los ingredientes de los aliños y montes hasta sofreír todo junto removiendo con un cucharón por 5 minutos.

**Paso 3**:

Ya sofrito los aliños pasado los 5 minutos continuamos con la preparación cogemos las costillas que pucimos a reposar la agregamos a los aliños  sofritos en el cardero y mezclamos muy bien para que vaya agarrando ese sazón por 3 minutos removiendo todo en el cardero.

**Paso 4 :**

Seguidamente pasada los 3 minutos le echamos las dos cucharadas de mostaza y le vaciamos 1/2 frasco de salsa de soya mezclamos, tapamos y dejando cocinar por unos 3 minutos más para que las costillas absorban bien los ingredientes.

**Paso 5**:

Pasado los 5 minutos destacamos y le hechamos la zanahoria picada en juliana mezclamos y luego le agregamos dos vasos de agua y dejamos cocinar por unos 20 minutos más hasta que la costilla quede bien blanda y se forme esa rica sala a base de saya zanahoria y aliño.

La comida con ese toque oriental es deliciosa, de hecho me encantan esos sabores y es algo que hago con frecuencia en casa, pero algo he aprendido después de muchas pruebas, una buena salsa de soya hace la diferencia, creo que en parte de esto depende el éxito de nuestro plato. Me gusto mucho tu preparación.

Se muy deliciosas.
Sencillas de preparar y con un poco de ingenio se puede utilizar otro producto en vez del onoto, en mi caso uso cúrcuma.
