Hoy es un día hermoso con un sol radiante así que les deseo a mis amigos de #Hive Food un feliz y bendecido  día. Hoy se cocina pollo en mi cocina para participar en esta excelente iniciativa mi plato favorito pollo edición # 2 de #Hive Food y les tengo amigos una receta fabulosa y deliciosa, para consentir a esta comunidad en esta iniciativa les voy a cocinar en mi iniciativa gourmet un pollo frito especial en salsa ketchup polvoreado en maizina y para acompañarlo una rica ensalada de vegetales cocidos que se lo van a comer todo y van a querer repetir.
También quiero felicitar a la amiga creadora de la iniciativa @janettyanez y a la vez invitar a todos los amigos que no han participado en esta iniciativa mi plato favorito de pollo.

 Miren en una receta sencilla con ingredientes que podemos conseguir con facilidad ....miren como queda esta receta una delicia.

### Ingredientes: 

• 1kg de muslo de pollo.
• 1/2 cabeza de ajo.
• sal al gustó.
• orégano al gustó.
• curry al gustó.
• 1 taza de aceite vegetal.
• 1 cucharada de mostaza.
• 1/2 Taza de salsa de tomate ketchup.
• 1 taza de maizina.
• 200 gramos de vainita verde.
• 2 papas mediana.
• 1 zanahoria. 
• mayonesa al gustó 

>### Ingredients: 

- 1kg chicken thigh.
- 1/2 head of garlic.
- salt to taste.
- oregano to taste.
- curry to taste.
- 1 cup vegetable oil.
- 1 tablespoon mustard.
- 1/2 cup ketchup tomato sauce.
- 1 cup cornstarch.
- 200 grams of green beans.
- 2 medium potatoes.
- 1 carrot. 
- mayonnaise to taste

### Preparación del pollo ketchup:

Picamos los muslos de pollo en piezas grande condimentamos con sal al gusto, orégano, ajo machacado, curry al gusto, mezclamos bien todo los ingrediente con un cubierto para que nuestras piezas de pollo agarren todo ese sabor de los condimentos.

>### Preparation of the chicken ketchup:

We chop the chicken thighs into large pieces season with salt to taste, oregano, crushed garlic, curry to taste, mix well all the ingredients with a cutlery so that our chicken pieces grab all that flavor of the seasonings.

Luego le agregamos al pollo una cucharadas de mostaza y media taza de salsa de tomate ketchup mezclamos y dejamos reposar por media hora.

Mientras dejamos reposar nuestras piezas de pollo colocamos en una olla las vainitas verde, las papas y la zanahoria, le echamos agua suficiente y ponemos a cocinar a fuego medio hasta que ablande los vegetales.

Pasada la 1/2 hora de reposo del pollo continuamos con nuestra preparación del pollo, vertimos en un envase una taza de maizina y polvoreamos nuestras piezas de pollo cubriéndolas muy bien.

Una vez tengamos las piezas de pollo cubiertas con la maizina, en una sartén precalentado agregamos una taza de aceite vegetal a fuego medio y empezamos a freír hasta que queden doraditas y crujientes con esa capa dulce del ketchup.

### Preparación de la ensalada cocida:

Ya cocida las vainitas verde, las papas y la zanahoria, procedemos a su preparación primero le quitamos las conchas a las papas y a la zanahoria luego la Picamos en cuadritos pequeños lo echamos en un envase conjuntamente con las vainitas cortaditas en pedazos.

Luego de tener todos los ingredientes de la ensalada en el envase ya picaditos le echamos sal al gusto y mayonesa y mezclamos todo muy suave.

Miren esta delicia el pollo quedó en ese punto entre crocante y dulce por fuera y jugoso por dentro con un sabor a ketchup especial.
