How to make a 'Declined Payout' post

I noticed our marketing experts of Steemit Inc didn't quite find the right settings for their post (again).

So here is:
## A little guide on how to make a 'Declined Payout' post

Slide the selection all the way down to 'Decline Payout' like this:

Yeah, that's my idea exactly. Steemit is the most crowdfunded crowdsourced thing I've ever seen in my life. But we're still dependent on the GUI which the steemit team provides, aka the website, right? 

That's a major factor in attracting new users.
