### bread and circuses

My Latin is very rusty, but I learned it once and translated the whole _bellum gallicum_.
I can still read a little bit, but the nuances in grammar are totally lost to me.
I do remember a lot of vocabulary, though.

#### realisation

A while ago, I started cutting carbs from my diet. 
This made me lose weight without losing strength and I also feel clearer mentally.
I did more research the last days and realized how unhealthy a plant based diet can be.

It then came to me:

# it never said _food_ and games...

... it's very specific about **bread**.
I never made that connection until yesterday...

There are a lot of words for food and rations in Latin. 
_Rations_ being a Latin word for example.


I always thought _bread_ was just synonymous for food in general, but now I understand they probably were well aware that grains keep the people slow and weak.

### roman slaves

They had a republic (for the most part), in fact they even coined the word _republic_ (res publica), but they had a large group of people, who just were not considered citizens but **slaves.**
They **must** have had some experience on what food makes it easier to control these slaves.
Meat was very likely __not__ one of those foods, lol.

With grains, you can keep the plebs slow, weak and docile.

## modern day veganism

Today, they are shouting it from every corner: animal products are bad.
They claim animal products hurt you.

It's the same companies who are trying to sell you supplements, vitamins and protein-bread, statins ... all sorts of pharmaceutical products.


There just is no lobby and little money to be made for big companies, when people buy quality animal products from their local farmer. 
It is also much easier to sell them garbage, when they are constantly either high on sugar, or low on sugar, because their insulin-tolerance is through the roof. If you are constantly starving you get cravings like a madman and are much more susceptible to advertisement.

Heart diesase is a major cause of death, mental illness is on the rise and most people can not think for themselves and make the connection: It's the fucking grain, you idiots.

## let them eat cake

Just don't let them eat organs, meat, eggs, butter, cheese, yogurt or milk.
Brains are made from cholesterol, so do not let the slaves have too much of it.
Sexual hormones are also directly synthezised from cholesterol.
Who would want a slave to have high testosterone levels?

## veganism is slavery

Do not buy into it; I eat cholesterol all day, every day and so have your ancestors.
I feel great and I have energy and mental clarity, much more than I had when I was eating highly processed plant based products. 

Veganism is a tool to control the populations and to keep the people dumb.
It is not even good for the environment, but that is for a different post.

## judge for yourself

Either try debating some vegans and realize how mentally ill most of them are, or even better: Go keto or primal for a few weeks and see how that makes you feel.

Eat brains not grains!
