Ask Leo: Do crypto losses affect the mental well-being of an investor

For couple of months now I have looking and observing with the bear market in play, all the street are red and how the price and fluctuation of crypto prices all this this can affect the mental well-being of an investor.

Also if there is a prolong in the downtrend in price it can affect the mental health and well-being of an investor because there will anguish , panic ,great fear and even frustration in the mind of an investor.

This must be added that it mostly common among short term investors than the long term investor because short term investors quickly invest and when there is an uprise in price they quickly sell now imagine when the price is sinking they will definitely be frustrated and angry and when put such thing in mind it can also affect their mental well-being because they keep watching the candles and looking when the price did go up.
Imagine what happened to investors who  invested in LUNA when there is a great losses happened like 98% loss. What do you happened to such investors it will really cause anguish and later cause stress and depression in such an investor who invested in such coin.

Bottom line: Crypto loses can really affect the mental well-being of an investor when there is a long downtrend in prices of a particular asset that they have in their portfolio and it’s common among the short term investors.
