Muy interesante este artículo. Hay cosas ahí que yo no sabía, aunque sea un discurso repetido. Me producen cierta angustia algunas dudas que me han surgido:

1. ¿Podría yo cometer faltas de las que se señalan arriba y ser penalizado sin saberlo?

5. ¿Tienen vencimiento las penalizaciones o son eternas?

2. ¿Hay alguna cartelera pública para uno enterarse de lo que está bien y lo que no?

3. ¿Dónde se diseña la seguridad sobre plagios y abusos?

4. ¿Cómo puede ayudar en esto un usuario común? (creo que ya respondiste ésta).

Excelente aporte, amigo @amaponian. Este tipo de información, si existe, la tiene bien guardada. He buscado información al respecto en la web y no aparece nada. Tengo exactamente las mismas dudas. Esto puede generar incertidumbre en lo usuarios. Por ejemplo, tengo un amigo cuyo contenido es 100% propio, pero, de pronto, dejaron de votar su contenido. Él piensa que, tal vez, como bien señalas en tu lista, cometió una falta sin saberlo.

Respuestas a las preguntas de @amaponian:

- 1.- No, toda "penalización queda registrada en los movimientos de su post, pero hay una excepción: si un curador "X" le parece sospechoso su contenido, puede incluir su usuario a una lista negra particular (de ese curador) y usted nunca se enterará usted de ello. Esto se debe a que los curadores no tienen el tiempo para ponerse a revisar en cada post suyo, las sospechas que tiene sobre su contenido.
- 2.- Puede que si usted se "raya" (comete fraude) o es percibido como spammer, sea una penalización "eterna", generalmente las penalizaciones las determina cada usuario en su libertad por incluir o no a los usuarios en sus preferencias. De eso se trata la libertad.
- 3.- No, no la hay. Tan solo, las lista negras de cada usuario que sean públicas.
- 4.- No hay tal diseño, precisamente para ello existe @hivewatchers y una red de "cleaners" que trabajan en las sombras.
- 5.- Sí, ya queda respondida.

Ante la duda de su "amigo" @nel.alex le respondo lo siguiente:

Los votos son limitados, la piscina de recompensas es limitada, por ello es tan importante perseguir a los tramposos, pero es un trabajo en equipo, @hivewatchers no puede hacer TODO.

Otra cosa de suma importancia, si el contenido de su amigo es "propio" como usted asegura, posiblemente su "amigo" ya lo ha publicado en otra red. En #Hive se recompensa por contenido ORIGINAL y creado acá. Si se va apoyar en contenido foráneo o ya publicado en otra red, es esencial y de vital importancia [INCLUIR FUENTES](https://hive.blog/spanish/@lince/diferencia-entre-plagiar-y-usar-contenido-de-internet-aprende-la-diferencia) de texto o [FUENTES DE IMAGEN](https://hive.blog/lince/@lince/por-que-debemos-incluir-las-fuentes-de-las-imagenes-que-tomamos-de-internet) para despejar cualquier duda en el aprovechamiento de contenido de otros.

En #Hive, la carga de la prueba pertenece al autor.

De verdad me parece un tema muy interesante todo esto.

Ahora y más a futuro.

Nunca hubiese imaginado lo riguroso que se está convirtiendo el tema de "publicaciones". No sólo en esta plataforma, ya lo empiezo a ver en las tradicionales redes sociales.

Eso quiere decir, y todo apunta a que dentro de poco los verdaderos valores, valor económico me refiero, será lo que las personas tengan dentro. Tanto en cerebro como en espíritu.

A mí en una oportunidad, al iniciarme en Steemit, y por desconocimiento (no leí las normas o reglas, de manera previa) aunque estaba al tanto de los derechos de autor y el plagio, cheetah me marcó un post que hice con contenido de un blog que es de mi pertenencia. En realidad, lo que no entendía para ese entonces, es que debía colocar el enlace, y por supuesto, no lo hice.

Luego, una comunidad marcó otro post mío, por el mal uso de la etiqueta "Spanish", me pareció tan controversial, que aún corrigiéndome no se dieran cuenta que esa etiqueta al ser en inglés, ni siquiera es procedente colocarla en post con contenido en español con "ñ", pero también entiendo lo que sucede con esa letra (la ñ).

A veces es difícil, pero bueno, lo chévere de todo, es que uno va aprendiendo poco a poco, de los más experimentados.

En resumen: lo ideal es que si algún usuario es desconocedor de algún tema en esta plataforma, incluyendo los derechos de autor, plagio, etc, lo correcto y más conveniente es preguntar a los expertos, y así, todo sería mejor.

Buenas noches, me comprometo a comentar esta publicación con mucha dignidad. Primero le agradezco la educación y elocuencia para la elaboración de tan buen material. Es un material de utilidad para todos, hasta para los docentes fuera del mundo virtual. Personalmente, al haber sido acusado por intento de fraude, le agregaría a su práctica pieza, la necesidad de moderar el lenguaje y tener más delicadeza al actuar luego de detectar alguna falla, y recomendaría la advertencia ante de la acusación. En mi caso, por ejemplo, sentí una ofensa bastante sensible el ser llamado estafador, porque durante todo mi vida he trabajado con mucha honradez para evitar estar en ese contexto. Debí seguir el consejo de uno de los cuatro acuerdos, y no tomarme la acusación de forma personal, sin embargo al ser puesto en duda el honor de mi nombre, senti la necesidad de defenderme. De todas formas entiendo el objetivo de este cuidado, pero en una plataforma la cual está en su proceso de formación, con un año de experiencia, la flexibilidad y paciencia con los usuarios, más que una debilidad, puede llegar a ser una virtud. Pido disculpas publicas por los errores cometidos, pero sostengo la necesidad de ser más diplomáticos y géntiles en el trato con los usuarios.

Es bueno aclarar un par de cosas:

- La plataforma no tiene un año, tiene cinco años, sólo que #Hive nació de un HardFork por desacuerdos de gobernanza, éste se llamó el HF-23 y separó Hive de la cadena anterior llamada Steem.
- No hay nada que disculpar, las diferencias y los acuerdos moldean las relaciones acá.

Me detuve a esta hora de la madrugada a leer su post, me gusta porque demuestra el trabajo titánico que tiene los que vigilan que las cosas se hagan bien, por ejemplo yo tomé l ayuda que me brindo usted para colocar las fuentes de las portadas que hago, yo antes incurrirá en la aequivocada forma de solo pensar que el plagio era con lo escrito y con las imágenes que acompañan la post más no sabía sobre colocar la fuente de dónde tomó las imágenes para hacer las portadas, no es que nunca lo había hecho sino las que son personalizadas usaba disferentes elementos y no los acompañaba con la información necesaria, eso ya está terminado y como siempre digo, nunca se deja de aprender y mucho menos de evolucionar.
