Followers and Feeds
작성자를 팔로우 하려면, 그들의 username 을 클릭하고 Follow 버튼을 클릭하면 됩니다.
당신이 누군가를 팔로우 하면, 로그인 했을때 그들의 모든 포스트들이 당신의 Feed에 나타나게 됩니다.
다른 Steemians 우연히 당신의 포스트 또는 코멘트를 보면 되면, 당신의 팔로워들이 늘어나게 될 것 입니다.
당신의 프로필 페이지에서 당신의 팔로워들과 당신이 팔로잉 하고 있는 사람들을 확인할 수 있습니다.

Resteem
당신이 다른 사람의 포스트를 공유하길 원한다면 resteem 아이콘을 클릭하면 됩니다.

Curation
최대 25%의 보상이 해당 포스트에 투표한 사람들에게 배당됩니다.
이 사람들을 큐레이터(curators)라고 부릅니다.
더 많은 Steem Power를 가질수록, upvotes의 가치가 더욱 높아질 것입니다. 그리고
잠재적인 큐레이션 보상도 얻을 수 있습니다.

Payments
수익은 포스트와 코멘트가 작성된지 7일 후에 지급 됩니다.
당신은 7일 후에 보상금을 청구할 수 있습니다.
당신이 수익금을 최종적으로 받을 때까지 변동이 생길 수 있습니다.
포스트에 대한 수익금은 작성자(최소 75%)와 큐레이터(최대25%)에게 나누어 집니다.
작성자는 지불금을 거부하거나, 100% Steem Power로 지불할 수 있습니다.

가입하고 처음으로 포스팅 합니다.
스팀잇이 어떤 곳인지 조금이나마 알고자 가이드 문서를 보면서 나름대로 한글로 번역을 해 보았습니다.
저는 한국에서 10년간 IT 엔지니어로 근무하고 있습니다.
약 한 달 정도 후에 뉴질랜드로 이민 예정이며, 그곳에서도 한국에서 하던 IT분야 엔지니어 Job을
구해볼 생각 입니다.
