A gradually week it has been so far and we are in Friday. The very day that sees more than we could ever imagine to the imaginable. But still we are here with all the shit we had to go through from the week start to the entering of the weekends. I know many loves weekends and they tend to have all the time to their selves than on work stuffs. <center></center> Someone out there is happy that at least for some days he or she would not see his or her Boss at the office with all the hectic moments he put him or her through. Someone is also happy because his superior for once will let his name rest for a while since any second at the office he will call him to check up on something for him. If I am to say them I might go on spending a whole month saying or talking about situations that makes people like weekends. But on a hard note, I don’t normally think it is the will of these Bosses we have around to be calling us on issues and so on, but I know they also have superiors they answer to so they try their best to also stay safe when they meet them. Many of us see our bosses as bad because they asked us to do certain things their way that we thought ours were the best. It is never about what we think for them but what is best for the organization we find ourselves in. Things keep changing as the day goes by and management keeps changing too, so when you work on old stuffs that demand new style or way of doing things, we are to be humble enough to listen than to show off that our old ways of doing things are still the best for the company. <center></center> Bosses really start getting pissed when they see that you are not ready to accept new ways of going around stuffs, and they have to go beyond being nice to the hash mood which we go around complaining about. We are to stick around to everything we are being told and also accept the fact that so far as we are below the hierarchy we have nothing than to obey directives being given. And like one wise man I know use to say, how he wished every soul makes it to that Boss rank in life to understand certain things and why they have to treat disobedient employees the way they do. We the employees are mostly the digger of our very graves that they lay us in. Your number one thing or rule to know is to just do as you are commanded.
