The answer is "Not yet", we can see it in everyday life, in social life we ​​have seen conflicts just because of differences of opinion, then we can see things that maybe everyone is aware of, when someone talks about the mistakes or failures of the government. a country then what will happen? Of course the person will be discriminated against, that's for sure.</sub>

<sub>Indeed, in terms of freedom of speech, it has been regulated, although everyone is allowed to speak and express opinions, but there are certain limits that must not be violated, such as hate speech and things that can trigger division, that's natural, but what happened today is, the government is still closing the door. opportunities for people to speak, as well as between community groups who are still in conflict only because of differences of opinion, so we can conclude that the idea of ​​free speech that exists today is only a LEBEL, while there are still many rules and restrictions that make people afraid to speak and express opinions then we can conclude that freedom of speech does not exist.</sub>

EFFECT OF FREEDOM OF SPEAKING, POSITIVE EFFECT AND NEGATIVE EFFECT.

<sub>in terms of speaking and opinion of course there are two possibilities that will happen, what is discussed and what will happen after the opinion is issued, everyone of course wants his right to speak fully permitted so that people can release all their worries save, whether it be criticism or praise.</sub>

<sub>After people express opinions or opinions, the risk that will be accepted by that person will definitely exist, because people who will accept opinions from other people will have the potential to be offended and so on, usually there will be retaliation until it ends in conflict.</sub>
