**MAKE IT OBVIOUS**

To make any habit, first of all, we have to do it daily. For example, if we are making a habit of reading a book, then we should keep the book in such a place that is in front of our eyes so that we remember that we have to read the book.

To make any habit easy, you should do that work in an easy way in the beginning. For example, if you are making a habit of book reading, then you should read books in which you are interested at the beginning, so that you will remain attracted to those books and you will also enjoy doing this habit.  
  
किसी भी आदत को आसान बनाने के लिए आपको शुरुआत में उस काम को आसान तरीके से करना चाहिए। उदाहरण के लिए, अगर आप किताब पढ़ने की आदत बना रहे हैं, तो आपको शुरुआत में वही किताबें पढ़नी चाहिए जिनमें आपकी रुचि हो, जिससे आप उन किताबों की ओर आकर्षित रहेंगे और आपको इस आदत को करने में मज़ा भी आएगा।

Make habits in a way that makes you feel satisfied and happy after completing them. When completing a habit makes you feel good immediately, you will want to do it again and again. After cleaning the house, you can reward yourself with a relaxing cup of tea or a favorite snack.
