Battle of the day.

Hello everyone. Today I am going to share [my battle.](https://splinterlands.com?p=battle&id=sl_38575083993aad820ebd11dee7331bc1&ref=fieryfootprints)

**Battle details:** I played with water splinter. And my opponent used a water splinter against me.

**Battle rules:**
It was a battle with 60 mana cap and three rules:

Even Stevens: Only monsters with even mana costs may be used in battles.

Taking Sides: Neutral monsters may not be used in battles.

Rise Of Commons: Only common and rare monsters may be used in battles.

- KELYA FRENDUL level 4. This water summoner adds +1 speed and armor to my team.

- DIEMONSHARK level 4. This monster has good health, armor and melee attack. I picked this monster as my tank because it has a trample ability.

- ELECTRIC EELS level 3. This monster has decent health.

- DEEPLURKER level 4. This monster has good health, melee attack and opportunity ability.

- DEMENTED SHARK level 4. This monster can make my melee attack monsters stronger.

- RIVERBOAT CAPTAIN level 1. This monster has blast ability.

- KULU SWIMHUNTER level 4. This monster has a nice ranged attack.

**Battle strategy.** I used mostly a melee team that was inspired by DEMENTED SHARK.

Both teams lost their tanks.

My opponent only had three monsters remaining.

And so I won.

In this battle I won 0.285 SPS and 10 League Rating. My strategy worked well- my melee team was inspired and was able to defeat my opponent's team.
