Siempre he pensado que los refranes más que ser una expresión popular, un modo folklórico cargado de una fuerte idiosincrasia local para decir algo, como una especie de metáfora o parábola. Los refranes poseen una sabiduría colectiva que puede ser expresada de manera sencilla.

Lo que si he pensado que un refrán es útil en tanto su contexto sea oportuno para que al recurrir a el, es decir, que tanto el emisor como el receptor tengan las mismas referencias culturales para hacer del refrán un mensaje con sentido y además ser una construcción lingüística fenomenal.

Así develo las dos intenciones tacitas al participar en esta iniciativa, la primera hacer en #Hive un repositorio de refranes cuanto más participantes integren esta iniciativa. Y la segunda tener acceso a otros refranes que no sean tan conocidos.

Personalmente interpreto este refrán pensando que lo que quiere decir es que no debemos hacer algo de lo que nos vayamos arrepentir después.

Evidenciando así lo que quiere decir este refrán, de hecho hay otro refrán muy parecido o que de algún modo expresa lo mismo y es el de refrán que dice: **"Dios los cría y ellos se juntan."**

Este es uno de mis favoritos porque tiene un doble uso, o mejor dicho posee un doble significado y en ambos modos de empleo nos deja una enseñanza notable.
# Vamos con el primer uso:
A) El sentido más literal de interpretación nos devela la importancia de la concentración, de centrarnos en una sola actividad. Cuando partimos nuestra atención algo sale mal, o no sale tan bien como lo habiamos planeado.
B) El segundo y más interesante modo de interpretación nos evoca a reflexionar sobre la importancia del pensamiento, de reflexionar, de tener criterios propios.
Para mi este segundo modo de interpretación tiene un atisbo de ilustración. Nos mueve a dejar las influencias, pensar por nosotros mismos es dejar de ser pensados por los demás, dejamos de ser un animal de carga.
