Haha. I guess they are buying powerful rigs now. They started with a piece of small gaming equipment which has led them to this day. Kids kept compounding their income.😁

Also, there are altcoins which can be mined together.  I forget the actual term for this, but as an example Dogecoin can be mined in tandem with Litecoin to take advantage of the hashing power used by Litecoin to produce more Dogecoin than usual.  It could be due to thehashing algorithm, and Scrypt is used by both Litecoin and Dogecoin.

Home computers cannot be used for Bitcoin mining anymore.  Doing so would bring you to your knees.

With thousands of altcoins available, though, many of them can be mined by desktop systems, gaming consoles, mobile phones, and even Raspberry Pi devices.  Just make sure the altcoin you want to mine isn't a shitcoin.  DYOR still applies.

Yea, there are some projects being developed so they are more "CPU friendly". Not all can be mined with a simple home computers, but it's still a lot cheaper than a proper mining rig

Mining almost all PoS coins is affordable since you can stake your coins in a pool and a collective stake will be used to mine the coin.

Anything can be used to mine anything if the specs are right.  For Bitcoin it's virtually useless (because of the insane hashing power required), but maybe it can work with Monero or one of the newer altcoins.

They understand **technology** and are not afraid of it.  We are going to see a huge wealth gain by the Millennials and younger generations due to digital assets.  **Bitcoin** and others are exceeding the traditional markets like equities by a wide margin.
