Buying the Dip with COLONY: My Strategy for Accumulating and Staking COLONY Tokens

Hello Hive Fam!

I hope that life is treating you well wherever you are in this part of the world.

In any market, the principle for buying is very simple that when the prices for the assets in the market go for it and buy whatever amount of quantity you want. In the stock market, I follow the simple principle like this, and I buy whenever I see a price dump, and in the crypto market also it is also the same because the fundamentals do not change based on the market. I'm talking about the colony token, which is a valuable token within the Arcade Colony ecosystem. This token is available on Moonkart and other games, such as Stakehouse Den.

Those who do not know I would like to mention here that coloni is the token which we can accumulate because this is going to be a valuable token of the entire ecosystem and why I say that now is a good time to buy because the prices are low and I don't know if the current price will drop further but I expect the value appreciation to happen with this coin so this is the reason why it can be a good time to buy more colony tokens.

Currently, this is my balance of colony and my target for this year to reach 500K colony tokens, and ultimately, it is one million, so today I am going to buy another chunk of tokens from the market, which I will power up immediately.

I have purchased tokens from the market and as I already mentioned that I power up immediately because I don't think it's a good idea to keep the tokens in idle state and I'm not sure if any APR is paid off for staking those tokens but surely it is worth powering up those tokens in the game and the more tokens I will have in the game account probably will impact my gaming experience also. Power up and staking are the same process through which we log the tokens, and this is often encouraged to follow in the game. Because I play the Splinterlands game so there I have SPS coin, which I also stake, and this helps me to increase my game reward, which is why I follow the same practice with colony also, and I have no plan to book profit with this token for now.

The staking is done for the token,s and now the updated balance for my colony holding is 245K So it's like I'm 50% close to my goal, which is 500K but if I talk about the ultimate goal which I have is one million then I am 25% There where the gap is for 75%. It is a market, and you never know when I can see some sort of opportunity to buy in the market, and that is why I am hopeful that if there are more opportunities for colony buying in the market like this, I will continue to buy more, and this will help me increase my holdings for the Colony Tokens.

I have also placed a buy order at different price and I will see if it is going to be fulfilled or not which I don't know because it is not in my hand but if things go well then probably the order will be fulfilled and once that is done then I will be 50% at the goal that I'm chasing which is 250k and it's half of the 500K colony tokens that I am trying to achieve as soon as possible. The current price is low, which is undoubtedly a great opportunity for us to buy more, but because I'm also buying Hive at the same time,e so keeping a kind of diversified approach on different tokens, and I'm happy because the current market situation is helping me to grow my overall holding following a diverse approach.
