Catch Them When They Are Young!
A twitter user who was declared the winner of a Binance Academy competition has gifted the custom Ledger Nano S hardware wallet he won to a young girl from India. It has various cryptocurrencies loaded onto the wallet, totalling 1BTC.

It wasn't clear from the tweets if the girl is related to the winner. My guess is that she very well is as he said the ledger would be locked in a safe until she's 18 years old. No information pertaining to the young girl was disclosed or how she was chosen. 

Binance CEO, CZ picked up on this information and tweeted the following set of tweets.

The girl looks about 5-6 years old? Maybe she's younger, I can't really tell. But it's incredible that she has crypto assets that belongs to her which I hope she will learn early on in her life how to use appropriately. Hopefully the cryptocurrencies loaded on the ledger will survive down the road as well. 

This is one of the coolest moments in crypto for me and it gives me some ideas for what I would do in the future as well. Meanwhile, has anyone done anything similar like this with your own kids? Let me know in the comments below.

A fantastic way to continue crypto! Although in 14 years, I wonder if it will be a dusty relic like an old Nokia that no one has a matching charger for, or a still seen as an efficient storage of value. Interesting!

Yeah that’s awesome story. I got 3 boys a 3yr old 1 yr old  and 9 yr old stepson, im going to give them a portion of my crypto once they get old enough and teach them all about it. My 3 yr old has been saying bitcoin since he was 2, he would grab his toy laptop and come sit next to me and act like his trading. 
I was actually thinking of giving my 9 yr old $100’s in crypto for his birthday this year just to teach him more about it.
