Steemie the Genie in new YouTube Show about Steemit | Adobe Character Animator in Action

<i>Steemit needs more video shows dealing with the Steem ecosystem. For my first months birthday I cam up with something special: I have worked hard to create my own animated puppet called <b>Steemie the Genie</b>. For the animation I use <b>Adobe Character Animator</b> which is a new tool in the Creative Cloud bundle. I hope to make daily videos with that which is the reason why I needed a very simple way to create animation in the first place.</i>

As you can see, the animation of the face is already pretty good. This is all done with face tracking, eye gaze and voice analysis. The program can do all of that live and it has been used on live television before. But it is still brand new tech and few people actually even now that it exist. My goal is to improve Steemie bit by bit and add more animations for the arms, for further emotions and other fun stuff. The only extra animation next to the face is his body hovering over his lamp as well as him coming out of the lamp in a (Steem) cloud.

If you have more ideas for him please add them in the comments. I am happy to experiment and make him the best he can be over time. You can also suggest topics for the show. I want to talk more about the Steemit basics, 3rd party apps, community events, bots and whales.

Hey du solltest  noch nen  Deesser, Kompressor, Reverb und Limiter auf die Stimme legen. Deesser und Reverb sind optional, aber Kompressor und Limiter solltest du aufjedenfall draufpacken, da ich grad meine Lautstärke vervierfachen musste um etwas zu hören =) Was auch noch cool wäre, wenn Steemie mit seiner Hand immer,  bzw wenns grad passt, Richtung Mauszeiger zeigt würde etwas Leben in das Ganze bringen, aber sonst wie schon Gestern gesagt sehr schönes Projekt

Edit: Achja minnowsupport und andere Bots solltest du am besten erst benutzen, nachdem paar Leute drauf gevotet haben, bringt deinen Votern höhere Curation Rewards, würde min so 40min warten =)
Hoffe das ganze kommt gerad net zu Klugscheißer mässig rüber, vorallem da du ne viel höhere Rep als ich hast

Danke für die Tipps. Die Sachen die du genannt hast sind alle neu für mich. Sind das Tonfilter? Was den Sound angeht wunder ich mich, da es bei mir übertrieben laut ist und ich es sogar schon 30db runtergeregelt habe. Das mit dem Mauszeiger folgen ist leider nicht drin, aber ich kann auf jede Fälle Handgesten mit rein bringen.

Ja, mit den Rewards muss ich echt länger warten.

Hab das mit der Lautstärke grad nochmal mit anderen Youtube Videos gegengecheckt und ja dein Video ist wirklich extrem leise. Naja weniger Filter als eher Effekte.
Kompressor gleicht die höchste mit der niedrigsten Stelle in der Amplitude etwas an, wodurch du dann mit dem Limiter mehr Lautstärke erzielen kannst, ohne zu übersteuern. Deesser ist ein Kompressor, der nur im Frequenzbereich der S und P laute absenkt, um da eine überbetonung zu verhindern und Reverb ist einfach nur Hall.
