Hi there and welcome to my vlog, my name is Erik Gustafsson and I go by the handle @flaxz on DTube, CTPtalk and Hive.

# My First Video - On DTC Mainnet - Fingers Crossed

In this video I talk about DTube and their new DTC blockchain Avalon which got launched on the mainnet quite recently.

I am also publishing this video on DTube, and I did buy 10 DTC in their token sale way back, so I should be good to publish since holding DTC is required to post.

I also talk a bit about DTC and the DTube blockchain, though I am not that knowledgable about it yet, I have published quite a few videos on their testnet though.

Yeah we just had a hardfork yesterday, lots of issues can be expected with that, this went much smoother than any hardfork before though, but still many issues to fix, so don't expect it to be stable until it's been working at least a week.

I find this D.Tube thing too confusing, and I hope that they will create a decent wallet with an explanation about the "recharging rate" of VP and how earning are calculated... lol

Thanks a lot Zoltan, yeah I have not that much hold on it either, but VP on DTC does not have a cap, and all rewards are curation rewards, which is why you vote yourself on DTC when posting as the first vote gets most curation rewards, that's basically as far as I currently understand it, but yeah it would be great if they make an actual wallet for it lol.
