My oldest heard it happen and saw the dust cloud while sitting on the porch so he ran inside to tell us. I ran out to see what happened. The accident happened 1/2 mile from the largest fire station in the area so response was extremely fast with the medic fast response on scene within 3 minutes of the accident. The southbound lanes of highway 2 have been shut down for an hour now but thankfully it happened at the intersection so there is an easy bypass.

<center><h2>What happened.</h2></center>

The southbound truck towing the trailer hit the car with the right front wheel which spun out the car causing it to hit the van which then rolled over into the center median while the car continued past the van and landed in the center median as well. The passenger in the van had a possible cut on her wrist and a bump on the head, the driver looked ok. The car's occupants were taken to the hospital in individual ambulances, first the driver then the passenger. The driver of the truck/trailer and his wife were completely unhurt in the incident. 

Uncommon bit of excitement around the farm on this hot sunny Sunday.
