My Version of "Simple Creamy Chicken Caldereta"😘
Hello Everyone☺☺☺

Hope all is good and safe😘😘😘

Earlier I checked on the refrigerator on what could be our dish at lunch. And what's there are fish, pork meat and chicken meat. So I decided to get the chicken meat.

And to make some different dish, since were always cooked fried chicken and adobo now I will cooked my own simple yet ***"Creamy Chicken Caldereta"***.

**INGREDIENTS:**

- chicken
- green and red bell pepper
- garlic
- onions
- tomato sauce
- ground black pepper
- pinch of salt
- oil
- seasoning
- butter (optional)

**PROCEDURE:**
1.Washed the chicken then set aside. Then carrots and potato after that peel and cut. Same as to the condements.

2.Heat a pan with oil and saute garlic and onions. And when it turns to light brown put the chicken and add some ground black pepper and salt then let it cooked for 20 minutes or until it turns to light brown.

3.Once it cooked removed it from the pan and set it aside first.

4.In the same pan cooked the carrots and potato.

5.If the carrots and potato is already cooked put the chicken and the remaining ingredients.

6.Stir it well and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Then turned of the heat and pour the nestle cream. Then mixed well.
