Hola, que bueno poder mostrarles mi modo de preparar polvorosas, quedan muy buenas, son unas galletas a base de manteca vegetal, azúcar y harina , se deshacen en la boca, son una verdadera exquisitez, muy común en mi pais, les cuento como prepararlas.

	- 1 cucharada de vainilla

Praparación: 
- Cremar la manteca con la vainilla y canela, hasta que quede bien cremosa.
- Agregar harina, luego el azúcar y amasar manualmente hasta lograr que la masa compacte.
- Se pueden ayudar con chorritos de aceite para lograr una masa compacta.
- Cuanod compacte se forman bolitas del mismo tamaño y se colocan en badenja engrasada.
- Se llevan al horno a fuego bajo por 30 minutos, deben quedaer a medio dorar, y listas.
