Close encounter with the deer

In Spring time you can find a lot of deer here in Austria, especially where my parents live there are a lot of Meadows where you can find several deer looking for fresh grass near the forrest. When the grass is still not very high in spring and there are several flowers on the meadow i think it is really nice to take some pictures of these animals. Unfortunately i mostly see female deer in the meadows and on the streets. Male ones with beautiful deer antlers are pretty seldom to spot. But i will open my eyes a bit and maybe i am lucky in the future. 

Becaue i live a bit outside of Linz, i encounter deer pretty often when i drive by with the car. So you really have to be careful when driving in the evening. If you want to take pictures of deer, probably the best time is early in the morning after sunrise or in the evening just before sunrise. During the day most of them hide in the forrests and bushes.

Auf dem ersten Foto sieht es noch richtig verträumt aus den Augen - cool, schöne Fotos &#128522; 

Hirsche sehr ich als Normalbürger bei uns sehr, sehr selten und als "Jäger", der auf dem Hochsitz stundenlang wartet, bin ich wegen meiner Ungeduld leider ungeeignet ;) 
Letztes Jahr ist mir aber mal ein kapitaler Hirsch fast direkt über den Weg gelaufen, als ich im Wald unterwegs gewesen bin. Für ein Foto war er leider zu schnell wieder zwischen den Bäumen verschwunden beziehungsweise ich zu langsam und im Wald sieht man halt nicht sehr weit ;)

Schade eigentlich, ich wünsche mir schon länger ein paar Bilder vom Hirsch. Am besten röhrend und im Nebel hervorblickend. Ein Fotofreund von mir hat einen Jäger als Freund, vielleicht darf ich da mal mit. Leider ist mein Opa schon länger nicht mehr am Leben, der war Jäger in seiner Pensionszeit als Hobby.  Er hat oft stundenlang im Wald am Hochstand verbracht zum Tiere beobachten. Der hätte sich sicher gefreut mich manchmal wo mitzunehmen. Leider hatte ich als kleiner Bursch noch nicht dieses Hobby, und die Geduld hätte ich auch nicht aufgebraucht. Aber zumindest die Liebe zur Natur und den Tieren habe ich von ihm geerbt.

Ja, das wäre schon ein schönes Foto - kann ich mir richtig gut vorstellen. 

Aber ich glaube, da reicht ein einziger Morgen mit stundenlangem Warten nicht aus. Bei uns heißt es übrigens Hoch<b>sitz</b> - ist ja auch viel gemütlicher, beim Warten zu sitzen ;) Vielleicht habe ich im Herbst mal die Muse und verbringe ein paar Morgen am Hochsitz. Ich sollte mal ein bisschen recherchieren, wo es Sichtungen bei uns gibt. 

Mit einem Jäger mitgehen wäre natürlich das Optimale - vielleicht hast du das Glück und darfst mal mit. Ich würde mich auf ein paar schöne Fotos freuen.

Leider weiß man als Kind meistens noch nicht, was einen im späteren Leben wirklich interessieren wird, denn sonst wäre zum Beispiel mein Leben komplett anders verlaufen, aber es ist so wie es ist und das ist vielleicht auch gut so 😉
