One of the typical bird songs you can often hear in spring when walking through a forest is the "chiff - chaff" - "Zilp-Zalp" and I love to hear it since it is one of the sounds that reminds me of spring and warmer times. In spring when the trees start to bloom then their song is heard over long distances here in the forests. They have a pretty good camouflage color since their feathers are olive-green and their underpart is usually a bit brighter.  *Common Chiffchaf on a branch.
