<div class="text-justify">Today is Friday and it provokes a good burger or a well-solved sandwich as they say in my country, a casual dinner and a good sharing with the family, because it is that lunchtime is a good occasion to share, and to accompany these delicious sandwiches that better than a good garlic sauce, but this time I did not want to use a classic mayonnaise or eggs to make this rich garlic sauce.

Natural yogurt is the great protagonist in this sauce, and we can make mayonnaise with milk, who says we can't make garlic sauce with yogurt? And the truth is that I like this one much more than the traditional garlic sauce with mayonnaise, and my family was just as delighted with it, because it has a really delicious flavor, and after the aquafaba mayonnaise this would be my favorite mayonnaise so to speak.

Making it is really simple and we can do it in a matter of 5 minutes or maybe less, we just need a blender to process everything very well and that's it.

In a blender we add the yogurt, salt and cumin.

We continue adding the pepper and garlic, and start processing while adding the oil and vinegar, we process very well for about 3 minutes.

The consistency of this sauce is much more liquid than the traditional garlic sauce made from egg mayonnaise, however, the flavor is much more delicate, although without a doubt the garlic flavor is strong, the yogurt reduces that strong flavor a bit and makes this sauce very close to perfection, for a good hot bread it is really great and for my burgers it is without a doubt the right point of flavor.

<div class="text-justify">Hoy es viernes y provocan unas buenas hamburguesas o unos sándwich bien resueltos como dicen en mi país, una cena casual y un buen compartir con la familia, porque es que la hora de la comida es una buena ocasión para compartir, y para acompañar estos deliciosos sándwich que mejor que una buena salsa de ajo, pero esta vez no quise utilizar una mayonesa clásica o huevos para hacer esta rica salsa de ajo.

El yogurt natural es el gran protagonista en esta salsa, y es que podemos hacer mayonesa con leche, ¿Quién dice que no podemos hacer salsa de ajo con yogurt? Y la verdad es que esta me gusta muchísimo más que la tradicional salsa de ajo con mayonesa, y mi familia quedo igual de encantada con ella, pues tiene un sabor realmente delicioso, y después de la mayonesa de aquafaba esta vendría siendo mi mayonesa favorita por así decirlo.

Hacerla es realmente sencilla y la podemos hacer en cuestión de 5 minutos o quizás menos, solo necesitamos una licuadora para procesar todo muy bien y ya.

En una licuadora agregamos el yogurt, la sal y el comino.

Continuamos agregando la pimienta y el ajo, y comenzamos a procesar mientras le agregamos el aceite y el vinagre, procesamos muy bien por unos 3 minutos.

La consistencia de esta salsa es mucho más liquida que la salsa de ajo tradicional hecha a base de mayonesa de huevo, sin embargo, el sabor es mucho más delicado, aunque sin duda el sabor del ajo es fuerte, el yogurt reduce un poco ese sabor fuerte y convierte a esta salsa en algo muy cercano a la perfección, para un buen pan caliente es realmente genial y para mis hamburguesas sin duda el punto justo de sabor.
