<div class="text-justify">A good breakfast is always necessary to start a good day, and today I decided to give a delicious breakfast to mine. A couple of weeks ago the school year began in my country, and although it is virtual because now I have to become the teacher of My Mathias, something not easy because among my virtues is not patience, but I'm giving the best of me. Yesterday I remembered that when I went to school my mother always prepared my breakfast, but on one occasion she would fall asleep and I would have to go to the bakery to buy something to take to school. My favorite breakfasts were the "cachitos" (that's what they call the "Croissant" in my country) and the mini lunch, this last one is a roll of baked bread with ham and yellow cheese inside.

The combination of sweet and salty flavors has always been pleasant for me, and this delicious bread has that sweet touch that contrasts perfectly with the salty of yellow cheese and ham. Then, remembering that, I thought of adapting the recipe for brioche bread dough and making some delicious mini lunches for today's breakfast, and I must say that they were much more delicious than I imagined they would be, so even though it is a preparation that requires getting up early (in case you want it for breakfast) and a little more time and effort, it is well worth it.

Well, yes, these delicious breads are not baked, they are prepared on the stove with the help of a frying pan, so if you do not have an oven you will have no problem making this recipe. <li> 540 ml of liquid and warm whole milk. </li>
<li> 110 gr of butter. </li>
<li> 130 + 40 gr of sugar </li>

<li> 2 Tbsp of powdered milk</li>
<li> 1 Tsp of common salt. </li>
<li> 400 Gr of ham leg. </li>
<li> 400 gr of yellow cheese. </li>

To begin with, we prepare the pre-brewing, because although this recipe is cooked in the oven, it is still bread. For this we add the yeast in the milk and we beat very well, while we beat we add 3 spoonfuls of sugar and 3 spoonfuls of wheat flour, both (flour and sugar) of what we have for the recipe. We let it rest covered inside the off oven, for about 15 minutes.

While the yeast is fermented, we add in the wheat flour, sugar, powdered milk and salt, stir to integrate and make a hole in the center of the wheat flour.

After 15 minutes and we have the pre-fermentation ready, we proceed to add it to the flour with the other ingredients, we continue adding the beaten egg and integrate it little by little with the help of a paddle, when we can no longer move the paddle, we pour the mixture on a table and add the butter, to continue kneading with our hands, we knead for about 10 minutes, until we get a soft dough, which does not stick to the fingers. Place the dough in a bowl smeared with a little oil and cover. Let it stand for at least an hour or until it doubles in size.

Once our dough has doubled in size, we degas it and divide it into two parts to work the dough better, with the help of a rolling pin (or the bottle of wine you drank at the weekend), we spread the dough and spread sugar over the dough, I used 1 spoonful for each half of the dough, and continued adding ham and yellow cheese.

Once the layers of ham and yellow cheese have been added, we proceed to roll them up and cut them into portions of the desired size. We place them on a tray to let them double in size again (about 30 minutes) and then take them to a frying pan which we will only clean with a napkin and a couple of drops of oil. We cook covered by each side to minimum fire by about 10 minutes, we let cool about 10 minutes and to enjoy with a delicious orange juice.

As I said before, they were more delicious than I imagined, and they made me travel through time without a doubt, because food, smells and flavors remain engraved in our memory, and when we eat them we are transported to those moments. <div class="text-justify">Un buen desayuno siempre es necesario para iniciar un buen día, y hoy decidí darles un delicioso desayuno a los míos. Hace un par de semanas comenzó el año escolar en mi país, y aunque es virtual pues ahora me ha tocado convertirme en la maestra de Mi Mathias, algo nada fácil pues entre mis virtudes no se encuentra la paciencia, pero ya voy dando lo mejor de mí. Ayer recordé que cuando iba al colegio mi madre siempre me preparaba mi desayuno, pero en una que otra ocasión se quedaba dormida y tocaba pasar por la panadería comprando algo para llevar al colegio y mis desayunos favoritos eran los cachitos (así le dicen en mi país al Croissant) y el mini lunch, este último es un enrollado de pan horneado que llevar jamón y queso amarillo por dentro.

La combinación de sabores dulces y salados siempre han sido agradables para mí, y este delicioso pan tiene ese toque dulce que contrasta de manera perfecta con lo salado del queso amarillo y el jamón. Entonces, recordando eso, se me ocurrió adaptar un poco la receta de masa para pan brioche y hacer unos deliciosos mini lunch para el desayuno de hoy, y debo decir que me quedaron mucho más deliciosos de lo que imagine que quedarían, así que aunque es una preparación que requiere madrugar (en el caso de quererla de desayuno) y un poquito más de tiempo y esfuerzo, bien lo vale.

Mis padres y mi hijo quedaron encantados, preguntando cuando los haría de nuevo jajaja, a lo que les respondí que los haría de nuevo cuando pueda usar el horno jajaja. Pues sí, es que estos deliciosos panes no son horneados, son preparados en la estufa con ayuda de un sartén, así que si no tienes horno no tendrás problemas para hacer esta receta. Acompáñame y te muestro como los prepare.

<li> 1 Cdta de sal común. </li>
<li> 400 Gr de jamón de pierna. </li>

Para comenzar preparamos el pre fermento, pues, aunque esta receta se cocina en la estufa, no deja de ser pan. Para esto agregamos la levadura en la leche y batimos muy bien, mientras batimos agregamos 3 cucharadas de azúcar y 3 de harina de trigo, ambas (harina y azúcar) de lo que disponemos para la receta. Dejamos reposar tapado dentro del horno apagado, durante unos 15 minutos.

Mientras se fermenta la levadura, vamos agregando en la harina de trigo, el azúcar, la leche en polvo y la sal, revolvemos para integrar y hacemos un hueco en el centro de la harina de trigo.

Luego de pasado los 15 minutos y tenemos el pre fermento listo, procedemos a agregarlo a la harina con los demás ingredientes, continuamos agregando el huevo batido y a integrar poco a poco con ayuda de una paleta, cuando ya no podamos mover la paleta, volcamos la mezcla sobre una mesada y agregamos la mantequilla, para continuar el amasado con nuestras manos, amasaremos por unos 10 minutos, hasta obtener una masa suave, que no se pegue de los dedos. Colocamos la masa en un tazón untado con un poquito de aceite y tapamos, dejamos llevar por al menos una hora o hasta que doble su tamaño.

Una vez nuestra masa haya doblado su tamaño, desgasificamos y dividimos en dos partes para trabajar mejor la masa, con ayuda de un rodillo (o la botella del vino que te tomaste el fin de semana), extendemos la masa y esparcimos azúcar sobre la masa, yo utilice 1 cucharada por cada mitad de la masa, y continuamos agregando jamón y queso amarillo.

Una vez agregadas las capas de jamón y queso amarillo, procedemos a enrollar, y cortar en porciones del tamaño deseado, disponemos en una bandeja, para dejarlos doblar nuevamente su tamaño (unos 30 minutos) y luego llevamos a un sartén al que solo limpiaremos con una servilleta y un par de gotas de aceite. Cocinamos tapado por cada lado a fuego mínimo por unos 10 minutos, dejamos enfriar unos 10 minutos y a disfrutar con un delicioso jugo de naranja.

Como ya les comenté antes, quedaron más deliciosos de lo que los imaginaba, y me hicieron viajar en el tiempo sin duda alguna, y es que, la comida, los olores y sabores se quedan grabados en nuestra memoria, y al comerlas nos transportamos a esos momentos. Así de maravillosa es nuestra mente, y así de maravillosa es la comida.
