<div class="text-justify">They say that gray days are necessary in our lives so that we can value the colored days; however, today I must say that I hate gray days (and I don't mean cloudy days, I love those), even though not everything is bad. From very early on I didn't have a good day and we still haven't reached midday, what hope for the poor, that when it rains it rains! that's what my beloved grandmother used to say.

Early I realized that I had fallen asleep with my glasses on and they were bent all over, there is no way to fix them at home and take them to the optician is something impossible because they are closed by the quarantine, my old glasses are very scratched and it is almost impossible to see with them well, so it is likely that I must be a long time without glasses, or which makes it difficult for me many activities, however, I said I will not stop doing them, because if we do not stagnate the world can take us away and that is not the idea.

After noticing my glasses and sitting on my bed for a while lamenting about them, I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face, suddenly a mosquito motherfucker (sorry for the insult) prostrated himself on the bathroom mirror and my almost immediate reaction was to kill him, and ZAZ! the broken mirror in 3, 2, 1. OK, today is not my day I said, after picking up the broken glass and cleaning up the mess the next reaction was to cry. How is it possible that in less than an hour I have to spend at least $50 that I don't have was what I told my father when he asked me what was wrong?

Very calmly he answered me, Daughter we have to thank God for a new day when we wake up, as well as when we go to sleep, even if things are not going as we wish, I assure you that we are better off than many who have nothing, who have lost their loved ones in these last hours or even lost their lives! ok, this was a subtle slap, it was a wake up call that you are not as fucked up as you think.

A few minutes later I received a WhatsApp, it was a message from a great friend who had not heard from him for several weeks, he had an accident a couple of months ago and was warning me that he is now completely fine, the truth is that I was glad the day, when I heard about his accident I really thought that he would not get out of all his injuries quickly, right there I remembered the words of my father, because my friend told me something very similar when he had his accident.

<div class="text-justify">Dicen que los días grises son necesarios en nuestras vidas para así poder valorar los días de colores; sin embargo, hoy debo decir que odio los días grises (y no me refiero a los días nublados, esos los amo), aunque no todo sea malo. Desde muy temprano no tuve un buen día y aun no llegamos al medio día, ¡Que esperanza la del pobre, que cuando lava llueve! así decía mi abuela amada.

Temprano me di cuenta que me había quedado dormida con mis lentes puestos y se doblaron toso, no hay manera de arreglarlos en casa y llevarlos a la óptica es algo imposible pues están cerradas por la cuarentena, mis lentes viejos están muy rayados y me es casi imposible ver con ellos bien, así que es probable que deba estar un largo rato sin lentes, o cual me dificulta muchas actividades, sin embargo dije que no dejare de hacerlas, pues si no estancamos el mundo nos puede llevar arrastrados y no es la idea.

Luego de darme cuenta de mis lentes y sentarme en mi cama un buen rato a lamentarme por ellos, fui al baño a cepillar mis dientes y lavar mi cara, de pronto un zancudo hijo de puta (perdón por el improperio) se postro sobre el espejo del baño y mi reacción casi inmediata fue matarlo, y ¡ZAZ! el espejo partido en 3, 2, 1. OK, hoy no es mi día dije, luego de recoger los vidrios partidos y limpiar el desorden la siguiente reacción fue llorar. Como es posible que en menos de una hora ya tenga que gastar al menos 50$ que no tengo fue lo que le dije a mi padre cuando me pregunto ¿Qué pasaba?

Muy calmado me respondió, ¡Hija tenemos que dar gracias a Dios por un nuevo día cuando nos despertamos, al igual que cuando nos vamos a dormir, aunque las cosas no estén saliendo como lo deseamos, te aseguro que estamos mejor que muchos que no tienen nada, que han perdido a sus seres amados en estas últimas horas o que incluso han perdido la vida! ok, esto si fue una cachetada sutil, fue un despierta que no estas tan jodida como crees.

Pocos minutos después me llego un WhatsApp era un mensaje de un gran amigo que tenía varias semanas sin saber de él, tuvo un accidente hace un par de meses y me estaba avisando que ya está bien del todo, la verdad me alegro el día, cuando me entere de su accidente la verdad es que pensé que no saldría rápido de todas sus lesiones, justo ahí recordé las palabras de mi padre, pues mi amigo me dijo algo muy parecido cuando tuvo su accidente.
