As some may open it, a little over a year ago, I decided to start a venture, and it is basically what has kept me somewhat separated from my blog, although I try not to leave it for many days, but sometimes circumstances beyond my control do not help me, the truth is that these last few months have been a bit rough, psychologically speaking, because things have not been entirely positive, however, I do not throw in the towel, and continue, because dreams do not come true, but we work for them. Last October talking with my brother, we decided to partner and add salty food to my business, we did not think about the name of it, and it was not until February, that we talked about changing the name and doing something different with the design of it, but well, that's another story that I will tell you another time.

Some of you who have been following me for a while may have noticed that my forte is not cake decoration, I always say it, they are delicious but horrible, so the sale of my products is characterized by being, in the case of cakes and brownies, without any kind of decoration, One of the things I have always taken into account is that not everyone will accept my product because each person has different tastes, however, I have been fortunate that people who have tried my sweets, and even salty food, have been satisfied and have returned for more.

This week when I went to pick up Mathias to his flute class, I decided to take to his teachers some cupcakes that I prepared as a gift for meals, the truth is that this is something I always do, my surprise came on Friday when one of the teachers called me to tell me that she wanted to talk to me, could she come by the school that day in the afternoon? I went to the meeting, pregnant, because I had no idea why she was calling me, my surprise was immense when she told me that she wanted to send a box of those cupcakes that I had given her the day before, to her family who is in Switzerland, she wanted her family to taste, and I quote, that delicacy, at the moment I was speechless, a few seconds later I asked her how I would send them, and we talked about how it could be done, and in the end, I said yes, that I could count on it.

You will say that it is silly, because in the end they are cupcakes, which do not represent a big profit, however, I think they could have bought a box of pancakes in the supermarket, and send them any commercial brand, or buy any of the thousands of entrepreneurs in the country, I know a good number, only in my town, but no, they asked me for them, my pancakes and my brownies, I have told this story, I think even to Esperancita hahaha, and this is one of the things I have always wanted, that the things I do are recognized, valued and seen in any place that may exist, and as the writing on the box I chose says, and I open parenthesis here, without seeing what it said, it is completely true, It's OK to Dream! And so it is, gentlemen, we must continue dreaming.

<div class="text-justify"> Feliz domingo para todos, espero que hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana, y que la semana próxima venga cargada de muchos éxitos para todos. Como algunos lo abran, hace poco más de un año, decidí comenzar un emprendimiento, y es básicamente lo que me ha mantenido un tanto separada de mi blog, aunque intento no dejarlo por muchos días, pero, en ocasiones circunstancias ajenas a mi voluntad no me colaboran, la verdad es que estos últimos meses han sido un tanto rudos, anímicamente hablando, pues las cosas no han sido del todo positivas, sin embargo, no tiro la toalla, y continuo, pues los sueños no se hacen realidad, sino que trabajamos por ellos. Desde octubre pasado conversando con mi hermano, decidimos asociarnos y adicionar comida salada a mi emprendimiento, no pensamos de momento en el nombre del mismo, y no fue hasta febrero, que hablamos sobre cambiar el nombre, y hacer algo diferente con el diseño del mismo, pero bueno, eso es otro cuento que les diré en otra oportunidad.

Algunos de los que me siguen desde hace rato se habrán dado cuenta que mi fuerte no es la decoración de pasteles, siempre lo digo, me quedan deliciosos, pero horribles, por ello para la venta de mis productos se caracteriza por ser, en el caso de las tortas y brownies, sin ningún tipo de decoración, exceptuando los brownies cubiertos de chuches que en alguna oportunidad les he mostrado, una de las cosas que siempre he tenido en cuenta, es que no todo el mundo va a aceptar mi producto, pues cada persona tiene gustos diferentes, sin embargo, he tenido la suerte de que, las personas que han probado mis dulces, e incluso la comida salada, han quedado satisfechos y han regresado por más.

Esta semana cuando fui a buscar a Mathias a su clase de flauta, decidí llevarle a los maestros de él, unos cupcakes que prepare como obsequio para las comidas, la verdad es que esto es algo que siempre hago, mi sorpresa llego el día viernes cuando una de las maestras, me llamo para decirme que quería hablar conmigo, ¿Que si podía pasar por la escuela ese día en la tarde? Fui al encuentro, expectante, pues no tenía idea de para qué me llamaba, mi sorpresa fue inmensa, cuando me dijo que quería enviarle una caja de aquellos panquecitos que le había regalado el día anterior, a su familia que se encuentra en suiza, ella quería que su familia probara, y cito textualmente, esa delicia, de momento me quede sin palabras, unos segundos después le pregunte como haría para enviarlos, y conversamos sobre cómo se podría hacer, y al final, le dije que sí, que podía contar con ello.

Ustedes dirán que es una tontería, pues al final son unos cupcakes, que no representan una gran ganancia, sin embargo, yo pienso que pudieron comprar una caja de panque en el supermercado, y enviarles cualquier marca comercial, o comprarle a cualquiera de los miles de emprendedores que hay en el país, conozco un buen número, solamente en mi pueblo, pero no, me los pidieron a mí, mis panques y mis brownies, van en unas horas en un vuelo directo a Suiza, no se imaginan la emoción tan grande que siento, le he contado esta historia, creo que hasta a Esperancita jajaja, y es que, esta es una de las cosas que siempre he querido, que las cosas que hago sean reconocidas, valoradas y vistas en cuanto sitio pueda existir, y es que, como dice el escrito de la caja que escogí, y abro paréntesis aquí, sin ver lo que decía, es completamente cierto, ¡Se Vale Soñar! Y es así, señores, hay que continuar soñando.
