Round 7 sees us just over the quarter mark of the season..how time fly's and another crucial round of games for teams looking to improve there positions in the top 8 and those who are looking to save there season from early implosion. I tipped 4 out 8 last week and will be looking to improve on this in what is a very very even competition, lets have a preview of the games and see who i am tipping this week.

**Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs v Sydney Roosters, 7.50pm Thursday at ANZ Stadium**
A big game for both clubs, Canterbury looking to build on some momentum from a great win last weekend against the Cowboys and the Roosters looking to bounce back from a bad loss against South Sydney. The Dogs recent form line against the Roosters isn't great having already suffered a bit of a hiding earlier in the year but at home i think they can get the job done, Dogs in a tight one.

**Warriors v St George Illawarra Dragons, 8pm NZT (6pm AEST) Friday at Mt Smart Stadium**
The Warriors are coming off a home loss to the Broncos and will be desperate to get back on track once again at home against the table topping Dragons. I am in two minds in regards to this game on one hand i think the Warriors will bounce back and then Dragons bubble burst for the first time this season but on the other i think the Dragons form is too good to ignore. I am going to stay somewhat safe and stick with winning form and tip the Dragons in this one.
**Brisbane Broncos v Melbourne Storm, 7.55pm Friday at Suncorp Stadium**
A huge Friday night blockbuster in Brisbane with bitter rivals the Broncos and Storm locking horns, made all the more juicy by recent reports the Broncs are trying to lure Craig Bellamy back to charge of the club. Both are coming off good wins last week and the Broncos may have found the halves pairing in Milford and Bird to steer them around this season, i am going to take the Broncos at home in a tight one.

**South Sydney Rabbitohs v Canberra Raiders, 3pm Saturday at Central Coast Stadium**
Ordinarily i would probably take the home team in this game but with it being moved to the Central Coast and neither team having that advantage it makes it a bit harder to tip a winner with both teams being particularly inconsistent. I am going to go with a gut feel and take Canberra to win there third in a row, they seem to be building some momentum and are high on confidence after a poor start to the season.

**Wests Tigers v Newcastle Knights, 5.30pm Saturday at Scully Park, Tamworth**
Another game that has been taken to the country this time in Tamworth, this also i think has some ramifications on the outcome. I have tipped against the Tigers several times this year but after there performance against Manly on the weekend i am more of a believer and see them putting away the Knights in what will be an entertaining game.
**North Queensland Cowboys v Gold Coast Titans, 7.35pm at 1300Smiles Stadium**
The battle of Queensland both last start losers and the Cowboys season starting to unravel to the point they cant recover to say this is an important game is an understatement. I tipped the Cowboys to bounce back last week and was left looking foolish but from what i saw from the Titans also and what is on the line i see the Cows grinding out a win.

**Parramatta Eels v Manly Sea Eagles, 2pm Sunday at ANZ Stadium**
Wow well take your pick in this game as both teams were awful last week and Parra have been awful all year, when these two teams met in the 2nd round of the comp Manly absolutely flogged them but that day must seem an age ago as they have fallen in a hole since. Parra havent really looked likely to get a win other then the first round of the comp but i am going to say there losing streak will end this week and they will win at home.
**Cronulla Sharks v Penrith Panthers, 4.10pm Sunday at Southern Cross Group Stadium**
Penrith have had a hot start to the season and are sitting pretty on the ladder in 2nd position with only one loss. On the other side of the coin Cronulla have been very inconsistent and suffered a big loss to the Dragons last week. The home ground advantage at shark park is to be considered but i will take the Panthers to keep there winning run going in a tight game.
