<div class="text-justify"> _**Hello Foodies,**_ Weekend has been started officially and I'm already planning things for the next week. Well, I'm going to share about yesterday that how it went. On Friday, we used to have a rice dish in lunch this is why I prepared Biryani along with its raita and the drink I used was Iced Cocoa which you can see the picture later in this post. Everyone loved to have Biryani on this day especially but I always tend to change according to my mood but my hubby always wanted to have a biryani plate in the lunch of every Friday.  <hr></hr> I'm running two Instagram accounts and one of them is only dedicated to Coffee videos this is why I have to record coffee videos for that account too. I made this Iced cocoa without coffee and I fell in love with this drink. I enjoyed it recording and drinking. I even edited this video too but I will share its recipe soon over here. Just stay tuned. This was a random shot that's why I thought I should share a sneak-peak of my upcoming post.  <hr></hr> I tried to prepare Brownie Cookies and I followed the recipe of a well-known Chef from Korea on YouTube but I failed it. And, the reason should be in the measurement of Baking Soda because he told in the description that what could be the reasons if you won't get proper shape. There were many reasons mentioned but what I understand that I must be not good in the measurement of baking soda because I had to measure it in grams while my digital scale wasn't measuring 1 gram quantity. This is why I added baking soda with a guess using 1/4 tea spoon measurement scale. I did everything accurately except measuring baking soda and that was the reason I completely failed at making Brownie cookie. Well, at the end we ate it as it is as you can see the below image.
