<center></center> <br> --- <br> ## An introduction to PulseChain (PLS), the energy-efficient, cheaper, faster, fee-burning Ethreum fork featuring the largest airdrop in history. If the hype is to be believed, [Pulsechain](https://pulsechain.com/) and its native PLS token, could very well be the next big thing in crypto. Created by HEX founder Richard Heart, Pulsechain and HEX are forever going to be talked about in the same breath. While Heart first created Pulsechain to allow HEX holders to transact on Ethereum without paying the ridiculously high gas fees, Pulsechain is not HEX. It’s a completely separate, new blockchain project that now stands on its own two feet. <center></center> Pulsechain is an Ethereum hard-fork that sees a snapshot of the entire blockchain taken, before being converted into a Proof of Stake (PoS) blockchain. It’s by converting to PoS that PulseChain can offer users the energy-efficient, cheaper, faster, fee burning properties that make it so exciting pre-launch. This [PulseChain (PLS) guide](https://leofinance.io/@crypto-guides/what-is-pulsechain-pls) will discuss what is PulseChain, how it works and ultimately guide you toward making your own investment decision. ### Introduction to PulseChain Let’s start this guide by making it crystal clear that PulseChain is forking the Ethereum blockchain as a direct copy. This differs from the way that for example Binance Smart Chain went about their launch, instead choosing to fork the source code. So PulseChain users will have not only full compatibility with the Ethereum network, but also a snapshot of the blockchain. Did somebody say airdrop? #### Introducing the PulseChain airdrop By searching for our guide to PulseChain (PLS), you’ve most likely heard about what is being billed as *the largest airdrop in history*. By taking a snapshot of the Ethereum blockchain before launching, all ERC-20 tokens, and most importantly your balances, will also exist on PulseChain. This means that you and everyone else using Ethereum, will receive PulseChain versions of all their ERC-20 holdings. Yep, *big* is an understatement. Keep in mind that how much the PulseChain versions of each ERC-20 token will be left entirely up to the market at launch. Some could bang, some could tank. We just don’t know what’s going to happen yet. Just like each of the PulseChain versions of each ERC-20 token, there is currently no PLS token price to share within this introduction but stay tuned for updates. #### Introducing the PLS token and “the sacrifice” Richart Heart and PulseChain have also tried to position themselves as somewhat of a crypto philanthropist, *not wanting to benefit from the hard work of others*. A huge part of this was integrating a pre-launch campaign which they’ve named ‘the sacrifice’, into the initial launch of the PLS token. The sacrifice involved transferring your ERC-20 tokens to a centralised address, with the goal being that you’d receive only the PulseChain version of the coins back. How noble, right? Those who sacrificed tokens will ultimately receive a share of the total supply of newly launched PLS tokens. While the sacrifice phase has now ended, there were two ways to sacrifice your ERC-20 tokens: * **Pulse.info:** Essentially transferring your coins to Richard Heart and trusting that he will transfer you them back. * **SENS.org:** Making a tax-deductible donation to this medical research charity. While we should be naturally sceptical of centralised events such as this, The SENS.org charity has released numerous statements thanking the PulseChain community for the money raised. Well firstly i'm partly the foremost expert on Richard Heart. My youtube channel was probably one of the first channels to talk about hex and find it. Of course this allowed me to earn millions in hex coins. So here's the deal Richard Heart is close to genius level and most of crypto is close to stupid level. Now that said doesn't mean Richard Heart is altruistic or not a scammer. I think he can be all these things and probably is. The problem though is the crypto space one of the most advanced technological places in the world should have smarter people like Richard Heart and we don't. That's the problem. Now Pulse chain will undoubtedly work well because Richard understands market psychology and human beings. He doesn't spend all his time here talking about decentralization. That's so dumb and stupid to do that. Simply because we don't even know really what decentralization is. There are so many levels and categories to decentralization that it becomes nonsensical for developers to try to outline for us what exactly it is and to what degree. That's not what Richard Heart focuses on. Richard Heart knows we're full of shit. that's why we can be so successful in these projects and he knows we don't care anything about decentralization. He knows we just wanna speculate. What does he do? he makes products designed just for speculation for crypto idiots. It works because they are idiots. Now this will work too because deep down we know for the most part crypto doesn't have many uses. Richard Heart analyzed that long ago which is why he would always ask the question when he developed hex.. what are you using bitcoin for. Same thing like john mcafe what are you using bitcoin for? we're using crypto for the same reason we're using bitcoin. for speculation.. just speculation. It has no real use or value. So because richard heart knows you all don't think. He can capitalize on your greed no matter how nonsensical it is and useless. it's nothing for richard heart to give sens foundation $25 million as he's gotten the money free from idiots. I estimate it will take about another 5 years to get these idiots under control in crypto.. Mostly due to regulations coming. As they can't do it on their own. They just keep coming. So ethereum was always dumb and stupid and its a unregistered security as far as i'm concerned. However i knew things would pop up like pulse chain and it will be successful. why wouldn't it be who dumb enough to keep paying these crazy eth fees. it's just stupid. so i rather use pulse chain pay cheaper fees for the same coins. now richard heart will be able to arbitrage them and he's going to come out the winner of course in all of this. My hope and why i supported hex so much which make no mistake about it.. all pulse chain is really is hex with it's own blockchain to protect hex and richard heart projects against other chains. See richard smart he knows it's only a matter of time before other projects would attack him as well they did try they just failed because greed around here is stronger than principles lol. So he knows crypto is a protection racket. the people who attack crypto projects are other crypto projects. So richard is smart he doesn't wanna make enemies and have all these billionaires coming after him so what's he's slowly managed to do is get in the system and be a real player now they can't do anything with him So i sided with hex in teh beginning because i thought richard heart was already rich and a man on a mission and of principle. I think in the end richard heart is just another opportunist and it's just anotehr crypto cash grab will make him insanely rich but not really solve the overall crypto issues which need to be us using this stuff as an actual currency spreading economic prosperity. Looking from the outside and having not been involved in HEX, I have to agree with your sentiment. Heart is obviously extremely intelligent and can market the shit out of a project. But I really don't see anything special here... Pulsechain doesn't do anything new or innovative and certainly doesn't solve any real world problems. I would even go as far as saying that the SENS Research donation was sort of a Robin Hood type deal, where money has just been taken from the rich (read: dumb) and given to charity. Anyway, I'm just enjoying the rollercoaster ride up to PulseChain's full network launch. Well you don't see anything special because there is nothing special. He just exploited a weakness in crypto. that weakness is we just jump on the bandwagon when money moves. So he has the blueprint. I'm not 100% sure the robin hood idea is.. i think it's more like he just stole money from the rich and gave to himself lol. However crypto has wasted money and him giving some of the money to sens was a good thing. better than what most of our projects have done.
