It's a much less easy "exercise" but usually plays best when there are disruptions on the market (volatility) and one can use the pools (with the market sometimes) to arbitrage.

There is no best pools, as that depends on what's happening with those markets. But checking each pool prices is very easy...

Using the ATX one for example...

You can see that clearly it's cheaper to buy SWAP.HIVE via the ATX:SWAP.HIVE pool, and cheaper to buy ATX via "bids" (assuming they get matched) via the ATX Hive Engine Market.
