Hello everyone! today I am pleased to share with you this new post dedicated to the @pinmapple community. 

Very early in the morning I went to visit this beautiful place in the city of Villahermosa which is usually called by the locals as parque la petrolera, but it is really called beautiful park 18 de Marzo.

Muy temprano en la mañana me fui a visitar este hermoso  lugar en la ciudad de Villahermosa tabasco México, el cual suelen ser llamado por los lugareños como parque la petrolera,pero realmente se llama  parque 18 de Marzo.

To enter this place is to be in full contact with nature and its natural beauties.

Adentrarse en este lugar es estar en contacto pleno con la naturaleza y sus bellezas naturales.

The beautiful thing about walking in this place is that its paths border the Laguna de las Ilusiones.

During the week some people enjoy this place, exercise and bring their children.

Entre semana algunas personas disfrutan de este lugar, hacen ejercicios y traen a sus niños.

Heavy rains and winds this week have caused many trees to fall.

En esta semana ha habido fuertes lluvias y vientos  y ha ocasionado que muchos árboles se hayan caído.

The biodiversity of birds is something you can enjoy as you walk through this park.

La biodiversidad de aves es algo que puedes disfrutar en la medida que caminas por este parque.

Herons and birds take advantage of fallen tree branches to rest. 

La garzas y pájaros aprovechan las ramas caídas de los árboles para descansar.

If you are a lover of the exotic there you will find this species of animal called carob or iguanas, they are peaceful and usually go out to sunbathe. Preferably do not disturb them.

Si eres amante de lo exótico allí encontrarás esta especie de animal llamado algarrobo o iguanas, son pacíficos y suelen salir a solearse. De preferencia no molestarlos.

Some people enjoy walking in the morning, when it is a bit cooler at this time of year (June 2022).

These galleries are located in different parts of the park.

En diferentes puntos del parque se encuentran estas galerías.

They will serve as nests and resting places for some birds.

Sitting and watching the birds arrive at the site was relaxing and enjoyable.

Some trees are leaning towards the lagoon because the water is gradually undermining the place where they are planted.

Algunos árboles se encuentran inclinados hacia la laguna debido que el agua poco a poco va socavando el lugar en  donde se encuentran plantados.

Beautiful trees decorate the place, you can see that they have been planted for years, giving shade, and when there is a breeze the leaves usually fall and it is a very pleasant spectacle to enjoy.

On one side of the lagoon there are houses inhabited by the locals.

Wide walkways border the lagoon and cement sidewalks invite you to sit and enjoy the place.

The place is so peaceful and I can say you have great capturing photos. 
So, that's what iguana is. I already saw such exotic creature when we visit to a resort having a little farm beside it. They have lots of iguanas there near in their pond. ☺️
